Look forward to our cozy, newly renovated vacation rental, located on the outskirts of town yet still close to the center.
Here, you’ll find a place to unwind, take a deep breath, and feel right at home. We’ve furnished our vacation rental with great care. Some of the details were handcrafted using wood from our forest.
The apartment is on the first floor and faces west. 
Rieden is the perfect starting point for bike rides, hikes, excursions into unspoiled nature and to numerous lakes, as well as visits to attractions such as Neuschwanstein Castle.
From our vacation rental, you won’t have a direct view of the mountains. However, from the small hill on the southeast side of the house, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the mountains, castles, and Lake Forggensee.

Our 35 m² vacation apartment is ideal for 1–2 people and features a well-designed, open-concept living/sleeping area. The integrated, fully equipped kitchenette offers everything you need for a relaxing stay—including a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher.
Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi, a TV, a coffee maker, an espresso machine, a kettle, and a toaster. A set of towels and bed linens is provided.
On the 12 m² west-facing terrace with seating, you can enjoy the evening sun and wind down the day in comfort.



On-site fees: Payment is due via advance bank transfer or, upon arrival, in cash or via PayPal.Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 29 and 8 days before arrival will be charged at 50% of the total cost; cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged at 100% of the total cost. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is due by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times may be arranged upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to make arrangements if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on-site.Pets are not allowed. The visitor’s tax of €1.20 per person per night will be charged on-site.
