Step outside to enjoy direct sea access and your position on the first sea line. The villa provides unobstructed views of the sea and Cabrera island from your terrace, perfect for watching spectacular sunsets over the Mediterranean.



Beach towels are provided for your convenience. Please note that events are not allowed on the property. The villa offers year-round availability for your vacation needs.



The legendary Es Trenc natural beach with its turquoise waters is just a short distance away. You can also explore the beautiful beaches Es Dolç and Es Carbó, located directly to the left of the small harbor beach. The charming towns of Santanyí, Ses Salines, and Campos are nearby, offering excellent dining and shopping opportunities. Golf enthusiasts can reach Son Antem golf courses in approximately 20 minutes, and Vall d'Or Golf is also easily accessible. Cleaning service and car rental are available for an extra fee during your stay.
