The spacious and luxurious Chalet Murmeltierhütte welcomes you with the traditional cosiness of a wooden Alpine mountain hut. With 140 m² of living space, this modern residence can accommodate up to 8 guests. It’s an excellent choice for a family ski holiday or a cosy get-together with friends!
The huge, partially covered 100 m² terrace is ideal for families with small children. It’s fenced in and invites you to spend time outdoors, enjoying the peaceful surroundings and the breathtaking view of the mountains. Dogs can also run freely here without any worries. The covered outdoor gas grill is perfect for use in any season. The chalet features a large garden, as well as parking spaces in front of the house and two covered spots in the carport with a high-power electric charging station.
The surrounding area offers impressive forests with wonderful hiking trails, as well as downhill and cross-country ski trails. The village centre is just a short walk from the house, so you can start your day with fresh bread and rolls.
The house features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, an open dining area, a beautiful living room with a TV seating area, and a fireplace seating area. The entire ground floor, as well as the bathrooms, are heated by underfloor heating. The lower bathroom includes a shower, an infrared sauna, and a washing machine. There is a separate guest bathroom. Ample storage space and closets are available in the entryway, as well as a storage room and a lockable ski box on the porch.
On the ground floor, you’ll find four cosy bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes, as well as a large bathroom with a whirlpool tub, shower, two sinks, and a toilet. Upon request, two cots (for children up to approx. 2 years old) can be added to the master bedroom free of charge.
For stays of one week or longer, a 10% special discount will be applied at the time of booking.
