A unique chalet village with individual cottages. All chalets are equipped to a high standard, including a dishwasher, sauna, multiple TVs, some with a separate bathroom, a terrace with a hot tub, and views of the surrounding mountains.
The amenities of the Mondi Resort, including a spa and wellness area and many other offerings, are available free of charge.
Each chalet comes with a designated covered parking space equipped with an electric vehicle charging station.

All furnishings are made of real wood and exude a pleasant warmth.
You’ll love the living area with its cosy sitting nook, which can be expanded to accommodate a 5th and 6th guest.
The view of the surrounding mountains from the terrace ensures unforgettable moments. The comfortable, cushioned lounge chairs and the hot tub add to the experience.
In addition to your private kitchen, the Seeblick restaurant—part of the resort—is available in the main building for breakfast and dinner featuring regional specialities. Its spacious terrace is open all day. The upscale Wassermann restaurant is also located in the main building and welcomes you for dinner.
The main building also houses the swimming pool and communal saunas, should you prefer not to use the private sauna in your chalet.
An indoor playroom is available for the little ones, and a billiards room—which must be booked separately—is available for adults. At the front desk in the main building, there is a cabinet with many games for all age groups, available for free use.

Additional relevant information:
In general, all public areas of the resort and their daily activities (e.g., yoga) are available to my guests. Some areas, such as the billiards room, must be booked at the front desk (for a fee, if applicable).
Please ask at the front desks (the one at the chalet village is not always staffed) for the weekly or daily programme.

Nearby is Lake Grundlsee with several swimming spots, a small supermarket, cafes, and restaurants.
In nearby Bad Aussee, there are several larger supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants.
The large Grimming Therme, including a sauna area, is located in Bad Mitterndorf, about 15 km away.
You can also pick up a voucher booklet for various activities at the front desk to receive some discounts.

Once a final, non-cancellable contract has been signed, I will request detailed information about the guests (surname, first name, date of birth, the booker’s home address, email address, and phone number). I must forward this information to the resort. I will then provide you with the completed guest certificate, which authorises you to use my right of residence. This also exempts you from liability for any damages that may arise from the use of the right of residence. This excludes damage caused by gross negligence.

At check-in, you will receive the access cards to the chalet and information about the Wi-Fi network at the front desk.

The accommodation is fully equipped with towels, which are changed every Tuesday. Towels for the pool and sauna are available at the front desk.
The chalet is part of a resort, so any problems or issues that may arise should be addressed directly with the front desk. During peak holiday season, there is usually a separate front desk staffed in the chalet village.
