The A-Frame structure provides a large expanse of windows looking out onto the spectacular creek view and passing wildlife including deer, turkey, black bears, and bald eagles. The main floor supports an open floor plan with adjoining kitchen, dining, and living room. Two large private bedrooms and a bathroom also occupy the main floor. A beautiful wooden staircase in the middle of the main floor leads up to a large, open master bedroom loft. Each bedroom has a queen bed, with additional space in each for air mattresses as needed. The Pine Creek area offers many outdoor activities including fishing, fly-fishing, hunting, canoeing, kayaking, rafting, biking, hiking, and skiing. Williamsport, home of Little League Baseball, and Pennsylvania's Grand Canyon are both within a 35-mile drive. If you are looking for a retreat following a Penn State football game, the university is 65 miles away. There are many nearby taverns for a hassle-free dinner out, and a couple of general stores with fly-fishing supplies and guide services.
