You’ll be staying on the ground floor, with quick and easy access to the beach, the boardwalk, and many beautiful destinations in Grömitz. The apartment is equally suitable for couples, two couples, seniors, and families. It’s also ideal for families with three children or for holidays with children and grandparents.

**Living & Relaxing**
The open living area with an integrated living-dining-kitchen is the heart of the apartment. Here, you can spend time together cooking, eating, and relaxing. There’s also a TV available in the living area. The high-quality, new furnishings highlight the modern character of this new building. From here, you have direct access to the terrace, which offers additional outdoor space and pleasantly complements your holiday on the Baltic Sea.

**Sleeping Arrangements**
The holiday rental features two bedrooms with a total of five full-size beds. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a TV. The second bedroom features a double bed, a single bed measuring 90 x 200 cm, and a TV. This makes the apartment ideal for families, friends, or multigenerational holidays. For younger guests, a travel cot, a bed rail, and a high chair are also available.

There is an lift in the building, so you can easily reach your holiday rental. Each apartment comes with an underground parking space. Please note that the maximum clearance height is 2.10 metres. The parking space for this apartment is extra wide. The underground garage also features a lockable storage room with a charging station for bicycles. A modern ventilation system ensures a pleasant indoor climate. The forward-thinking building design is complemented by a solar power system.

**Location & Surroundings**
MeerNah Grömitz is centrally located in the heart of Grömitz. The Baltic Sea beach and the promenade are only about 400 metres away. The spa park is also very close by. Cafés, restaurants, shops, and bakeries are all within easy walking distance. The pier with its diving gondola, the marina, the Grömitz Wave, and Noah’s Ark Zoo offer plenty of opportunities for a varied holiday.

**Note on the Surroundings**
The MeerNah building is located right next to Seestraße, where additional new, stylish holiday apartments are currently under construction. Due to construction sites in the area, there may occasionally be visible or audible disturbances; however, given the apartment’s location in the centre of the building, these are likely to be barely noticeable. Nevertheless, this circumstance has already been factored into the pricing and does not entitle guests to request a rent reduction.
