The house has 3 bedrooms spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor, you’ll find the cosy living room with a wood-burning stove, the fully equipped kitchen (newly installed in 2023), the bathroom, a separate guest bathroom, and 1 bedroom with a double bed. On the ground floor, you’ll find an open loft and a large, enclosed area with two additional beds. For guests who prefer to sleep separately on the ground floor, there is also a small single bedroom. The back of the house faces south and offers a beautiful mountain view that you can enjoy from the large terrace. On the property (720 m²), there’s always a cosy spot to relax. Check-in is available between 2:30 PM and 1:00 AM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM.Keys are picked up from a key safe. You will receive the code in advance of your arrival. Tourist tax: 1.95 EUR per day for adults and teens aged 16 and older, 1.15 EUR for children ages 6–15. During the summer months of June, July, and August 2027, flat rates are listed, and only tourist taxes apply hinzu.In. In the remaining months, electricity costs based on usage (0.35 EUR per kWh) are added to the tourist taxes. Advance payment for utilities and security deposit: Winter months from November through March: 230 EUR per week; April and May, as well as September and October: 120 EUR per week. Laundry packages can be booked optionally for 12 EUR per person.
