The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals with family or friends. Additional amenities include a TV, washing machine, dryer, underfloor heating, fans, and a game console. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.



Outside, enjoy the private garden with olive, pine, fig, and mulberry trees. The uncovered private terrace offers a shaded spot beneath century-old plane and lime trees. The private heated outdoor pool is complemented by a 150 m² pool house with a fully equipped summer kitchen, dining area, and lounge, all opening onto the enclosed pool area. A barbecue is available for outdoor meals.
