Traditional provincial holiday home - air conditioned

A traditional provincial holiday home on 3200 m2 of grounds in the heart of Luberon National Park, famous for its magnificent panorama. This paradise is for vacationers looking for calme, nature, culture and sports.
The residence of 235 m2 cosists of 7 bedrooms (for 13 to 15 people), two living rooms (one with billard and the other witha fire place), a mezzanine with a library, 3 bathrooms with toilets and one separate toilet, a spacious kitchen and two terraces, one of them covered.
The comforts are modern: T.V., video, internet high speed, WiFi, dishwasher, clothes washing machine, micro wave, oven, two large refrigerator-freezers, telephone and a two-car garage.
A private roman-style swimming pool (15x6m), terraced on two sides, is at disposition from april through october. There is a covered poolhouse with a built-in barbeque and summer kitchen. The area is well-equipped with garden furniture, lounging chairs and a ping-pong table. A sauna with shower and toilette in the poolhouse is available without extra charge.
Sports available on-site: Petanque, table tennis, billards, speedball.
This house is rented in principle from Saturday to Saturday.

We-a group of friends (14)-had a fantastic stay in Lacoste. The host is very helpful and friendly.The house is very comfortable, you can eat outside, the kitchen has everything you need to cook and bake and prepare good food for a big group.Fantastic large swimming pool!Billiard table for rainy days!If I have one little critique: not every bed is perfect comfortable for an adult. In any way a house to recommend in beautiful surroundings!

Attractive property in a beautiful area. 15 minute walk from Lacoste. ( Longer on the way back as uphill). Large, well maintained pool in pretty surroundings. Very spacious grounds and plenty of parking. Very quiet - virtually no road noise. Short drive to Menerbe and Bonyieux with lovely markets. Good restaurants in Lacoste.House was very clean and kitchen well equipped. Air conditioning a must in the heatwave. Should have asked for new pillows - they were way past their best. Beds comfortable. The journey fom the Dordogne to Lacoste was quite long and we arrived after 6 and very tired. The hosts insisted on quite a long introduction to the house and had also not made up all the beds as requested - this was resolved quickly. Johannes, who lives next door, arrived at 7.30 on our departure day even though we had said we wouldn't be leaving until 8 -9. Other than those few niggles a very good house. Teenagers loved the billiard table and especially the deep pool.

Thank you for your review and for highlighting the many aspects of the property that you enjoyed, especially the pool, the peaceful surroundings and the location. I was, however, a little surprised by some of the comments. You mentioned that the welcome was rather long after your journey. We always take the time to explain the house and, above all, the swimming pool alarm, which is a legal safety requirement in France. As soon as we realized that four additional beds had not been prepared, we corrected this immediately. On the morning of your departure, I came by because we had agreed on an approximate departure time, but I certainly did not intend to rush you. What saddened us most, however, was that despite the very pleasant contact we had with the grandparents, the house was unfortunately left much dirtier than usual. You left without saying goodbye, even though we were just next door, one of the glass tables had been badly scratched, and the four extra sets of bed linen that were used were not paid for. Perhaps because of the sympathy we felt for your family and especially the grandparents, I was rather generous and awarded a full 10/10 rating immediately after your stay. In hindsight, I probably acted a little too quickly. Nevertheless, we are pleased that you enjoyed your holiday in Provence and wish you all the best for your future travels.

Lovely property in an excellent location with attentive hosts. There were three family’s totalling thirteen people and the house easily and comfortably accommodated us all. The pool was huge and kept spotlessly clean there was a lovely outside covered eating area /kitchen and bbq. The property had everything we needed and more. We really enjoyed exploring the area and the recommendations for markets and village to visit were spot on. We hope to return one day.

Tout est parfait. Maison très agréable et fonctionnelle, bien équipée. Grande piscine et jardin agréable et spacieux, terrasse couverte à proximité idéale pour les repas et convivialités près de la piscine. Très bien placé, quartier joli et calme, proche du village. Excursions à pied directement depuis la maison. Commodités dans le village et à proximité. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le Luberon, au cœur du charmant village de Lacoste.Le logement a parfaitement répondu à toutes nos attentes : la piscine est particulièrement agréable et les espaces extérieurs sont spacieux et harmonieusement aménagés.La maison, vaste et confortable, offre de beaux volumes permettant à chacun de profiter pleinement du séjour. Les équipements sont nombreux et très complets, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus appréciable.Enfin, les propriétaires se sont montrés particulièrement sympathiques et accueillants.En résumé, nous étions 10 personnes et avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans ce magnifique cadre provençal.Je conseillerai ce gîte à mon entourage

Habitués des séjours entre amis avec enfants nous avons passé probablement le meilleur séjour possible. La maison est très propre, fonctionnelle. L'agencement maison principale / piscine/ cuisine d'été est optimal. L'équipement est idéal (nous aimons cuisiner de bon plats et tout était à disposition. Enfin, la gentillesse et la disponibilité de nos hôtes étaient remarquables.

Magnifique semaine dans une magnifique villa

Une belle propriété composée d'une grande maison tres bien decoree et entièrement équipée. Grande piscine billard ,table ping pong , baby-foot, velos et jouets nombreux pour les petits .barbecue et preau devant la piscine permettent de manger a l'ombre devant la piscine .de nombreuses visites possibles dans les 20 km autour de la villa. Les propriétaires sont attentifs a notre bien être. Paul s'occupe quotidiennement de la piscine Qui est d'une propreté irréprochable. Notre groupe composé de 8 adultes et 3 enfants ( 11 mois , 4 et 6 ans ) a passé une semaine magnifique. Sejour très agréable dans un cadre magnifique, avec au delà de la maison principale le local garages parfait pour remiser et "charger" les vélos et la terrasse couverte près de la piscine pour les repas d'extérieur . Une mention pour le barbecue intérieur et le sauna.

Sejour d une semaine debut mai avec infrastructure exterieure geniale: piscine, barbecue, terrain, fourniture linge de maison... On a aimé le calme des lieux, la météo clémente, la mobilité des couchages ainsi que l emplacement centrale autour des villages perchés du Luberon. Les propriétaires sont très avenants et au soin de par leurs proximités.

La chaleur en été !!!!

Nous étions content de séjourné dans cette propriété fin octobre, car on plein été pas d'arbre , donc pas d'ombre . Pas de climatisation, même si on aime la chaleur ça doit être très très chaud malgré la piscine. Mais c'est une maison agréable On habite le midi Cannes, Grasse et Aix-en-Provence on c'est de quoi on parle

Sorry François, mais on trouve de l’ombre sous un grand mûrier-platane dans la cour (50m2), un poolhouse de (40m2), de grands parasols sur la terrasse de la piscine (15m2), des pergolas avec des vignes sur la terrasse sud (30m2) et la terrasse ouest avec de l’ombre durant toute la matinée (20m2), garage avec jeux divers et baby-foot (50m2). Des gens disciplinés au niveau des volets fermés durant la journée arrivent à tenir la maison en-dessous de 25 degrés en plein été …
