The property features 3 comfortable bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a fully equipped private kitchen. All rooms, including the living room and kitchen, have air conditioning. High-speed Wi-Fi is available for video calls, as well as TV, espresso machine, and a baby cot. Outside, you can enjoy a private barbecue for outdoor meals.



Relax in the private garden with an outdoor shower and take in the views from two balconies overlooking cherry trees and terraced hillsides. The private outdoor pool is perfect for leisure moments surrounded by the sounds of birds and water in a peaceful rural setting.



Just a 5-minute walk away is Praia Fluvial do Porto de Rei, the most popular river beach in the Douro. The leisure park offers a sandy area, picnic tables, grills, swimming pools for adults and children, a bar, restrooms, a five-a-side football field, and a dock for small boats. In summer, you can enjoy various water activities. The region is famous for river fish such as pike and barbel, the renowned Cavacas de Resende pastries, and cherries that grow on the hillsides near the villa.
