Small comfortable chalet (54 sqm, built in 1971) with 2 rooms. Balcony with garden furniture. Impressive panorama of the mountains. Perfect starting point for hiking in winter and summer. Private parking on private road available. The footpath may only be used by vehicles in case of emergency.

Living room with stove and cosy sitting- and dining corner, open-plan kitchen with oven, cooking stove with 3 plats. The refrigerator with freezer is in the entrance area. Fondue- and raclette set, capsules coffee machine (Nespresso), radio, TV (only 5 channels), telephone. 1 small bathroom with shower and toilet. 1 bedroom is integrated in the living room with 2 single beds (2x90x195cm). A steep stairway leads up to the upper floor where another bedroom with 4 single beds is located (90x195cm).
