Buchung erfolgte sehr einfach online. Es folgte sehr schnell eine Bestätigung mit angehängter Rechnung, Abfrage der Daten für die digitale Gästeapp und nach Zahlung wiederum Bestätigung des Zahlungseinganges und weitere Hinweise. Bei Abholung des Schlüssels trafen wir sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter an, welche sogar ein lecherchen für unseren geliebten Vierbeiner parat hatten. Es wurden Tipps für den angenehmen Aufentalt vor Ort und eine kleine "Erstausstattung" überreicht, sowie sofor Hilfe bei eventuell auftretenden Problemen angebotzen. Absolut empfehlenswert!!! Die Unterkunft war absolut Klasse, würden sie bei einem späteren Aufenthalt favorisieren.
