Booking and Rental Terms To ensure your stay is enjoyable from the very beginning, you’ll find all the important information about your booking here.
Occupancy The holiday rental accommodates up to 3 people and offers the ideal setting for a relaxing stay in Mölln.

• Maximum occupancy: 3 people
• Minimum stay: 2 nights
Arrival and Departure
• Check-in: from 3:00 PM
• Check-out: by 11:00 a.m.
If you plan to arrive later, please let us know in advance so we can prepare everything for your arrival.
Prices The rental rate is €100 per night.
In addition, the local tourist tax for the town of Mölln will be charged in accordance with the currently valid regulations.
Included in the Rental Price The following services are already included:

• Final cleaning
• Bedding
• Towels

• Normal firewood consumption for the fireplace
• Parking directly at the accommodation
Payment Terms The total amount must be paid in full (100%) in advance. Your booking is confirmed once payment is received.
Cancellation Policy Cancellations may be made in writing at any time. The following conditions apply:

• Up to 14 days before arrival: free cancellation.
• 13 to 1 day before arrival: 90% of the total price will be charged.
• In case of no-show or early departure: 100% of the total price will be charged.
If the holiday rental can be rented to another guest for the cancelled period, only the actual costs incurred will be charged.
We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.
House Rules To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please observe the following guidelines:

• The holiday rental is a smoke-free property.
• Pets are not permitted.
• The minimum age of the person making the reservation is 25 years.
• Please treat the furnishings with care and be considerate of the neighbors.
Note on the suitability of the accommodation Please note that the holiday rental spans multiple levels and there are two staircases inside the house.
For this reason, the accommodation is only partially suitable for people with limited mobility, as well as for families with toddlers or strollers. We recommend that you take this into account when planning your trip.
