Hiking trails start at the cottage (waterfall 30 min away, village 15 min for fresh bread), swimming, canoeing, and fishing at Lake Fades-Besserve or in the Sioule, stunning views at Méandre de Queuille. Explore the Sioule and Chouvigny gorges for hiking and mountain biking. Shops in Saint-Priest-des-Champs (bakery, grocery), supermarkets 10-15 min away. Local markets on Mondays in Saint-Gervais-d'Auvergne and Wednesdays in Ancizes-Comps.
