Welcome to KitzAlps Apartments "Standard," where comfort meets convenience! This spacious apartment is designed for groups or families seeking a memorable vacation in the stunning Brixen Valley. Nestled just minutes from world-class ski lifts, our apartment is your gateway to adventure!



Located on the ground floor and basement, the apartment boasts two sunny terraces and a charming small garden, perfect for enjoying the fresh mountain air.



The fully equipped kitchen is a culinary dream, featuring an oven, microwave, hob, large fridge with freezer and ice maker, Nespresso coffee maker, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, and kettle—everything you need to whip up delicious meals.



The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests (with 2 on the sofa bed in the living room) with four beautifully appointed double rooms. Three rooms feature double beds, while one room is equipped with bunk beds, making it ideal for children.



The apartment includes three bathrooms, each with a shower and toilet, plus an additional guest toilet. Enjoy the luxury of fresh bed linen and towels, all included in your stay!



The spacious living room is perfect for relaxing and socializing, featuring a large satellite TV and a double sofa bed for the two additional guests.



**Skiing and Beyond:**



For ski enthusiasts, KitzAlps Apartments is just a stone's throw from the Pengelsteinbahn (2,100 meters), Maierlbahn (2,000 meters), and Gaisbergbahn (950 meters), which features a thrilling toboggan run. You'll have direct access to the KitzSki area, and the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser can be easily reached via the Ki-West gondola (2,500 meters). You are also less then 10 minutes away on the free ski bus to the Fleckalmbahn as well as the famous Kitzbuhel Hahnenkamm and Kitzbuhler Horn.

We recommend storing your ski gear at the lift depots for a hassle-free experience, and take advantage of the free ski bus for easy transportation. (We provide a discount at our recommended ski hire in town when you book with us)

Each apartment comes with one free parking space, and for extra vehicles, there's a public underground parking facility nearby (for a fee).

The house offers 2 apartments, with a common entrance. The KitzAlps Standard Apartment and the KitzAlps Premium Apartment. Together they can accommodate up to 20 guests. The two apartments are completely separated from each other, apart from the entrance area and the ski cellar.
