Starting in August 2026, we will be renting out our small house in Bosau on Lake Großer Plöner See.

The house is situated on a lot measuring over 7,000 square metres. It’s only 50 metres to the lake. We live in the house next door and are happy to help with any questions you may have.

The nearly 40-square-meter space features a kitchenette, a dining table, a sofa with a coffee table, and a double bed (180 x 200 cm). You can expect a simple lifestyle without a dishwasher or stove. The kitchen has only a cold-water connection. A two-burner hot plate and a microwave will have to suffice for your culinary needs. The small bathroom features a shower, a sink, a toilet, and a washing machine. You can heat the space with a Norwegian soapstone wood-burning stove. A fiber-optic connection is available, providing very fast internet and Waipu TV.

The small house features large, floor-to-ceiling windows facing both the lake and the garden. The entrance is on the garden side; on the lake side, there is a wooden deck with a view of the lake to the west. All windows and patio doors can be easily darkened with curtains. There are several parking spaces in the rear garden area.



Our lakeside property (2,600 square metres) with its own boat dock is available to our guests during their stay.

Two beach chairs invite you to relax, and you’re welcome to use our large trampoline, a canoe, and a rowing boat. The water in this part of the lake remains shallow for a long distance. Excellent windsurfing spot.
This is a smoke-free property.

Check-in and check-out are possible on any day of the week, and the minimum rental period is 2 nights.

Pets are allowed upon prior arrangement.

The apartment is designed for 2 people.

Bosau is the most popular and exclusive town on Lake Großer Plöner See, offering many creative and cultural activities. The numerous hiking trails, with their panoramic views of the lake, are truly unique. Also worth noting is the west-facing location, which makes the lake glisten in the afternoon and evening sun and offers magnificent sunsets.

The beautiful public beach in Bosau, featuring a large children’s playground, is just a few minutes’ walk away.

The Baltic Sea beaches of Scharbeutz and Timmendorfer Strand are about 30 km away.
The Gut Waldshagen golf course is about 4 km away.

In Hutzfeld, 4 km away, there is an Edeka supermarket with a bakery, a restaurant, an ATM, etc.
