First time this condo has ever been on a rental program. Be one of the first to stay in this beautifully decorated ground floor condo that sleeps six. This condo was renovated just two years ago. It has tile floors and carpeting in the bedrooms. Just a short walk to the beach and you will see why this unit will begin booking up fast. Located in the "B" building, you're just mere steps to the pool and tennis court, so bring the suntan lotion and be ready for a great vacation.

This lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo features a fully stocked kitchen with a double granite sink and "Insta-hot" water dispenser, a Keurig and regular coffee makers, just in case you decide not to eat out . The kitchen also has a weather alert radio with a built in CD player. There is a large walk-in pantry with many kitchen/cooking supplies to choose from as well a spice rack. Dining room seating for four or just pull up to the breakfast bar and enjoy your meal, either way you're going to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere that this unit brings.

With flat screen TVs in the living room and master bedroom, you can sit back on the very comfortable couch which is also a queen sleeper or lay in the comfortable queen size master bed and just know that you made the right chose. There is wireless Internet in the unit for your convenience.

The condo has 2 upgraded full baths with walk-in showers, one that has a sitting area and hair dryer. In addition, the condo also has a full size washer and dryer, screened in patio with patio furniture and the list goes on. The second bedroom has a full size bed. Don't worry about bringing those beach chairs or all of the beach towels, this unit has it all. All linens and bath towels are also provided. Just bring your clothes and some food and your ready to enjoy.

Did I mention that you can bring your boat, jet ski, or your kayaks? Yes, you can. There is a grassy strip for smaller-boat parking on the property at Building A and a boat ramp right down the block at the Intracoastal waterway . You can't get any closer. The view outside of the screened-in patio to the right is the Intracoastal waterway with boat ramp. Across the street is an entrance to the beach.

Great little place

Great place to stay.the pool was amazing perfect location for sound side fishing. Only downfall to this is the 99 stairs for public beach access. Good thing I have 4x4 to get to beach.

Plenty of room, easy to get in and out of complex. Quiet area. Outside of a few small details, like non-working lights, the place was great. Would have liked to see a couple more restaurants nearby. Easy to relax here, and the pool was great.

I love the place because of the location. I used to live close by. Place needs a bit of a update on furniture, bedding. All the rest is great. Forgot some clothes in dryer ( anyway I can retrieve it???) will be back soon!

Was told that the beach right outside our door. However, you had to cross a busy street and walk up and down 97 STAIRS to get to the beach. Shower in master bedroom leaked. All chairs on patio were broken. Blind in other bedroom was broken.

Not as it Appears

Let me first say that I do not like writing bad reviews and that I called and emailed the property manager a couple of times. The manager was supposed to call me and I heard nothing, so my impression of the property will now be made public. This property was only half as it was written. The location to the beach, as well as the pool and tennis court. As far as it being remodeled 2 years ago, the upgrades were cheap and unflattering. The unit was filthy with layers of dust on the slats of the furnace room door, on the ceiling fans, on the tables and table lamps that could be seen. The counters in the kitchen had sawdust particles. The kitchen sink was nasty with food stuck in the strainer and let's not mention the air fryer, it was filthy. The master bedroom had a dead bug laying on the floor and the bathroom shower leaked water while showering and had mold, mildew and rust. The furniture wasn't comfortable but sunken. The back porch was not even a place we wanted to sit and hang out. The front door handle was loose. I could go on and on. We weren't looking for new, but at least clean and comfortable. It should have been what was advertised and it should have been inspected before anyone went into the unit. I believe this can be a nice place in the future, but definitely not now.

Beautiful condo

It was everything I expected the condo is beautiful and clean and overall a nice place to stay. The only thing was the walk over the bridge to get to the ocean was a bit much but I had a wonderful time and stayed there one week.

Exactly what we wanted

The condo was exactly what we wanted and the price is very reasonable. I really have no complaints. My husband and I use VRBO alot and this listing is right up there with the best. It was clean, easy check-in/check-out, nicely appointed and close to everything we were looking for in a vacation. We will definitely consider booking again. Let me say, no place is perfect but this comes close. One previous review was nasty and we just didn't see that. As a frequent VRBO user, I would give this property a 9.5.

Awesome location

Few minor issues master shower leaks, broken patio chair, walls and door could have been easily cleaned with magic eraser. Great location. Beach access, backwater access with boat ramp, close to great food, gas station, 15 min drive to St. Augistine, rental has everything any one would need! Will deffenitly stay here again!! Not related to the rental it's self but a man from Georgia staying in 215 started a scene because I parked in 215 spot because someone was in my 115 spot left a nasty note on my car and banged on my door 4 times to get me to move my car threatening to have my car towed. Again not the rentals issue just make sure not to park in the wrong spot. Great stay overall!!

Beautiful and clean!

Had a wonderful experience at this property. It is clean and the beds were comfy. We even could check in early. The location was great and the beach was right across the street. I will def rent from them again.

Terrible stay

The rug in the master bedroom and living room was filthy and stained. No screen in the master bedroom it got so hot. The sliding screen door going into the Lani was broken. The couch and chair in the living room felt dirty I had to put a sheet on them. No privacy everyone walked their dogs within one foot of our Lani they stopped and talked. My husband stepped in dog poop they did not clean up after their dogs. The A/ C set at 78 degrees it was so hot in there. Shower in master bath leaks on bottom of shower. When I called of to let them know all the girl said was she will note it.

Our experience

It was a comfortable unit in a very nice location. Amenities were good. there was no communication between VRBO and the property management so there was a big problem with getting our mail as the management had no idea who was in that particular unit. We had a lockout on a Sunday and had a 1 1/2 hr delay in a return call to us so we had to call a locksmith at our expense. Ice problems were encountered and the management came quickly and resolved them. We had a great time. We actually cleaned all the windows ourselves as they were very dirty!

Great beach experience

Pelican Inlet B115 at Crescent Beach was the perfect getaway for my husband and me. We both have difficulty with stairs, so the ground floor unit was just what we were looking for. We were only steps from the pool and a short distance from the beach. I can’t think of anything we needed that was not provided…even beach towels. Owners were quick and responsive to our communication. We definitely plan to stay here again!

Not worth the money. Checked out one day early

Have lots of photos. Charged cleaning fee and COVID cleaning fee. Place was moldy and disgusting Took my son and girlfriend was so embarrassed. Trying to contact vacation rental. No response yet. Want a nights refund and cleaning fees. Horrible place. Will never recommend or return.

This was a very cute condo. I overall enjoyed my stay here. My biggest complaint is that we had two people in our group sleep on the pull out couch, and there were no extra sheets. There were about 6 pillowcases and some blankets, and when I called the office and requested sheets I was told that they would check with housekeeping, but I never heard back. In addition, the rug in the living room was very dirty, some of the outlets did not work, and one of the toilets would not flush without removing the top and jiggling the handle-someone did look at this-they thought it was fixed, but the same problem happened again. Overall a nice place, but more detail needs to be paid to getting the unit ready.
