One block from the beautiful Crescent Beach, one block away from boat launch and 15 mins. drive to St Augustine historic district with lively nightlife. Boat parking available on the property with beautiful sunset at Matanzas River. Beautifully decorated with nautical/beach theme, remodeled kitchen, master bedroom with King size bed and bathroom. The cozy guest room includes a twin bunk bed and a double bed. Additional sleeping sofa bed in the living room. Kick back and relax! Take a dip in the pool, walk to the beach, fish in the river, play tennis/pickleball, or grill at the barbecue area.
