Thanks to its central location, you can forget the car and do everything on foot. Centro, Navio, and Mirante beaches, seafood restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, and cafés are just a short walk away. Enjoy the sea view and the convenience of public transport nearby.



The main bedroom has a double bed and quality linens. The extra room (+1) offers an extendable bed, ideal for adults or children. The living room features a large sofa, Smart TV, dining table, and the option for an extra bed. Private balcony to relax and enjoy the sea breeze, with a barbecue and space for meals. Shared open terrace for rinsing surfboards and wetsuits.



Fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, fridge, microwave, air fryer, coffee machine, washing machine) and bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Includes fan, toys, and books for children.



Free public street parking and high-speed Wi-Fi. Heating in the living room and main bedroom, available year-round. Check-in from 3pm (in person or flexible self-check-in). Check-out by 11am. Note: there is a camera in the entrance hall. Smoking is not allowed indoors (only on the balcony). Pets and parties are not permitted. Only declared guests may stay.
