Only a 2 minute drive to the beach or the marina and a short walk to the charming downtown of Invermere with its quaint shops and restaurants. Situated close to multiple stunning golf courses. Take a short scenic drive to Panorama Mountain Village(15-20 minute drive) for great winter skiing and summer activities.
This modern condo is fully equipped with a Fridge/Freezer, Stove and oven, Microwave, and Dishwasher. Living Room with large Dining Table which seats 6. Washer/Dryer in suite for laundry. There are two large Flat Screen Televisions, with a DVD player.
The Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed, flat screen TV, walk-thru closet and En-Suite Bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen Bed with cupboard space and sliding doors leading onto a small balcony where you can enjoy the mountain views. The third bedroom has 2 Twin Beds.
