Very quiet location at the edge of the village 7 km south of Perpignan, 5 km from the sea. Apartment located on the 1st floor INDEPENDENT in villa. Shaded and fenced garden, covered terrace, swimming pool: diameter 4mx1. 2m. All amenities in the village. Many connections with Perpignan by bus from the city of Perpignan. Proximity to a cinema multiplex with numerous restaurants. Presence in the town of a spa complex. Numerous excursion and visit sites. Proximity to Spain. Very pleasant.
Close to the seaside resorts of Saint-Cyprien, Canet en Roussillon, Argelès sur mer and their many activities and sports activities.
Near Villeneuve de la Raho lake.
Suitable for stays with children and adolescents.
Numerous festivals of theater music and dance: the waves of Argelès; the Estivales of Perpignan; the Pablo Casals de Prades festival; the international photojournalism festival of Visa pour l'image ....


Very spacious apartment with two large, very bright bedrooms, a living room with integrated kitchen opening onto a south-facing terrace with views of the Canigou massif, a large bathroom and an independent WC.
The garden is enclosed and planted with trees and has a large covered terrace. You can take in two cars and there is an outdoor parking lot. The swimming pool is above ground and we can thus condemn access for young children.
All amenities: washing machine; dishwasher; single oven and microwave oven; fridge with freezer ...
The village center is a ten minute walk with all the shops and health professionals. There are two pharmacies in the town.

A LIDL sign is outside the village.
Many walks and bike rides are immediately accessible and there is a network of cycle paths.

Petite maison très agréable, même en hiver. Une propriétaire extrêmement accueillante et attentionnée et une vue imprenable. Idéal aussi pour les balades du petit chien. Merci pour ce bon séjour !

Habitation très mal entretenue, l’electromenager a au moins 30 ans. Le frigo chauffe, micro ondes sale et partie metallique visible a l’intérieur. Plaque de cuisson sur lave-vaisselle. Une des plaques ne fonctionnait pas et une autre plaque faisait sauter l’electricite si nous l’utilisions. Les oreillers dun des lits sont trop grand pour les housses. Le brasero tres sale. Le seau pour le menage idem. La brosse de l’aspirateur est tres usagé. Les ustensiles de cuisine poeles tres tres usagé.

Monsieur, Je regrette que le coin cuisine ne corresponde pas à vos exigences et à celles de votre maman qui souhaitait une plaque à induction. Les quatre plaques électriques fonctionnaient et aucune ne faisait disjoncter. Le frigo a chauffé extérieurement le lendemain de votre arrivée car ce jour là il faisait une température extérieure de plus de 40 degrés et vous aviez chargé l’appareil au maximum. Mais le froid était maintenu à l’interieur de l’appareil et vous n’avez perdu aucune denrée. Vous avez raison de dire que l’électroménager n’est pas neuf mais tout fonctionne. Sur un tout autre sujet, votre chien m’a endommagé la housse du canapé. Je ne vous en ai pas tenu rigueur, d’abord parce que j’accepte les chiens et parce que votre mère me l’a dit en partant. Mais vous avouerez qu’il aurait été correct de ne pas le faire monter sur le canapé. Et peut-être aurait-il aussi été correct de remplacer la housse? En partant vous m’avez dit que vous aviez passé un bon séjour et c’est finalement l’important.

Super séjours à Saleilles

Appartement spacieux propre complet niveau équipement lumineux, la vue depuis le balcon et vraiment très appréciable...et la piscine assez grande pour 4 enfants .Nous avons séjourné à 6 dans cette appartement. Je tiens surtout à relever la gentillesse et la disponibilité de la propriétaire des lieux .

Hemos estado muy a gusto. No había wifi y el anuncio decía que sí, eso es lo que no nos pareció honesto. Creo que se debe advertir que no hay ni toallas ni sábanas, para ir preparados. Lo demás fenomenal, y la dueña no nos puso hora de salida, cosa que se agradece

Vacances au calme proche de la côte

Appartement situé au 1er étage d'une maison très agréable et très bien équipée. Aussi très bien située; la maison est toute proche des commerces.De par sa localisation, il est facile de visiter de nombreuses villes sans faire trop de route. Elle offre une vue très apaisante du balcon et se situe dans une rue très calme. La piscine n'est pas très grande mais tout à fait suffisante pour s'y rafraîchir et y jouer avec les enfants. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et disponibles.
