We loved this house and location! It was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 3 young kids (ages 4, 18 mos, 14 mos) and fit us all comfortably. The play loft was a huge hit with the kids. The house is in a quiet, private location and neighborhood but very close to downtown North Conway. We would definitely stay again! Check in and Check out was very easy and we had everything we needed!

Great Getaway place

This is the 2nd year staying for a Girls Weekend. Plenty of room for all of us. Had everything we needed. Overall Great Experience. Had a couple questions for the host and he responded back ASAP. Would highly recommend!

Family Vacation 2023

Our family had a wonderful stay in North Conway, New Hampshire. The property was exactly as described, our questions were always answered quickly, and everyone had more than enough space. Our two granddaughters, especially enjoyed the loft play area, and we all enjoyed dining around the spacious dining room table, I would certainly return to stay at this property, and would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the area

Family vacation

Plenty of room for our family of 9, 6 adults and 3 children under the age of 6. Close to attractions! Play loft was fun for 2 older children but difficult to navigate for the 2 year old. Big backyard with swingset was perfect for everyone.

Wonderful Rental:

This is a wonderful house, absolutely perfect for all of our vacation needs. House was clean, AC worked great and the layout is perfect for families. We enjoyed cooking out on the deck and hanging out in the backyard. The kitchen had everything you would need and all the appliances were excellent. The location is close to everything that we enjoy doing in the Mt. Washington Valley. Ben was easy to get a hold of with any questions and was extremely helpful. We hope to return to this house in the future for sure!

Awesome House, Yard, and Location!

We had a great time at Ben's house again. The place was very clean when we arrived. The house and location is great. The yard and deck is awesome. It is rare to find a yard that large in other rentals in the area. We spent a lot of time hanging out in the yard; fire pit, kids swing set, etc.

Nice, clean property

We enjoyed our stay. Only issue we had was with the grill as there are 2 grease trays and only 1 was being cleaned. This was a minor inconvenience that we were able to resolve.

annual cousin weekend

second year in a row we stayed at benjamin's property and we'll be back again next year. we had three 3 year olds with us and it was so much easier packing knowing we didn't need to bring much for the kids because there is a full playroom, kids plates and cups in the kitchen, a swingset in the fenced in back yard, and so much more. We love how the bedrooms are all on a different floor so we can put the kids to bed and now have to worry about waking them when the adults stay up. And the location is perfect! so close to the center of north conway and 15 minutes from storyland!

Great Getaway

The house was comfortable, roomy, and well equipped. Property owner quickly responded to a minor issue that we had (beeping smoke alarm due to low battery that was behind a locked door). We loved and enjoyed the large deck, backyard, and fire pit. Home is close to many attractions. Just a short ride to the shops in North Conway. Thank you, Benjamin!

super family friendly rental

spent the weekend with family... 8 adults and 3 toddlers under two and we will definitely be back! the house was extremely clean, super kid friendly (a stocked toy room, high chair, baby gates, kid friendly dishes in the kitchen, etc.). we loved that we could put the kids to bed downstairs and still able to hang upstairs without waking them. we had a couple questions for the host and was able to speak with him directly over text and with very prompt responses! loved our stay and looking forward to returning!!

Superb

My family spent the week here and everyone was extremely happy. The beds were super comfortable, house well equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of kitchen items for home cooking! The area is close to multiple activities and the neighborhood is quiet. Nice fenced flat large yard with fire pit and plenty of seating. The host communicates with ease. Thank you Ben! We would happily choose this home again:)

Spacious updated house

We really enjoyed our week at this house. Close to Echo lake and Cathedral. We had 3 families staying and there was plenty of room. You did have to walk through the twin bedroom to get to the basement (2 beds in basement), but we didn't have anyone sleeping in that room so it didn't affect us. The central air was a nice plus. The kids loved all the toys in the loft area, just be aware the ladder is steep for little kids.

Amazing location in a beautiful place!

The house is located a short distance from North Conway. You are close enough to everything, yet off in a subdivision with plenty of trees and distance from people. The house certainly was large enough to hold our family over the Christmas Holidays! Needless to say, the weather was much better than I expected too. New Hampshire is gorgeous, and there is so much to do. The homeowner was very communicative with us and pleasant to deal with. I know we will be back in New Hampshire, and I would love to stay here again if the owner would have us!

Nice house!

Beautiful house. Clean and spacious. Great yard. Has everything you need! We had trouble with the AC not working in the bedrooms. Ben and I tried to trouble shoot it to no avail. He said they had just been serviced. We did not sleep well because it was really hot in the house. We found one fan, but wished there was one for every bedroom. Overall I would recommend this home for a rental for a large party.

Ahhhhh-mazing! Beautiful, clean and cozy chalet!

First, I never slept so good! The bedrooms are so well decorated and spacious. I wasn’t expecting the beds to be so comfortable. But I could have stayed in the king bed all day! The linens too! So crisp and clean. The kitchen was very well stocked and pretty meticulous. Very easy to find everything we needed. The house was perfect. Extremely spacious. Plenty of room for 8 of us to hang in the living room, dining room or deck. We are a tough group and every one of us loved our stay! Cannot wait to do it again!

Great Weekend in the white Mountains

Our group of 9 adults recently rented this chalet for a weekend and it worked out well. We had an amazing time! The chalet is well maintained and very attractive. The location is close to the village and ski mountains . The chalet was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils etc The view of the mountains off the back deck were pretty in the morning when the sun shown off them. Just a heads up the bedroom with the twin beds has the stairwell to the lower level bedroom in it. I would recommend it for a group of 8 adults , 4 adults should be comfortable sharing a bedroom. Children could sleep in the twins. Enjoy!

Our second year in a row for 3 generation vacation!

A great time was had by our three generations at our Christmas to New Year’s rental week 2024. While we have rented in North Conway each December, this was our first time in the same house for back-to-back years! We had ages from 2 to 64 in our 3 generations and everyone had a great time. The house was clean and well provisioned. We had plenty of room for our 3 couples and 3 children under age 6. The beds were comfy and we especially loved the gas fireplace for heat and ambiance. Last year we hiked Diana’s Bath, but we didn’t make it there this year. We did the Conway Railroad again this year, but our Snow Coach trip up Mount Washington was canceled due to the rain/lack of snow. We visited Tuckerman’s Brewery, Abenaki Trail restaurant, and Mount Mountain Restaurant & Brewery. We used the grill to bbq one day and enjoyed some nice meals in the dining room. The playroom up in the loft was very popular with the kids and we used the youtube tv app to watch some tv as well. I can imagine this is a great rental in the summer, too as the huge fenced in backyard would be fun for the kids. There are so many fun hikes and summer places, like Storyland that are so close. Thank you for a wonderful week of family fun. Ben was very easy to communication with before/during and after. We will be back!
