Welcome yourselves to a relaxing abode "Woodland Whisper" with privacy created by tree lined yard. Enjoy unwinding by the fire pit or indoors with the fireplace. Close to 4 major ski mountains, Storyland theme park, shopping at the Settlers Green outlets and plenty of hiking trails!

*Short Drives to 4 MAJOR ski areas such as Attitash (12 min), Cranmore (8 min), Black Mountain (15 min), Wildcat(26 min).
*Less than 10 minutes to Storyland Theme Park (with the new Moo-Lagoon!)
*Short drives to multiple hiking and state parks -- you are surrounded by many options in the White Mountains Region! Short trip also to Mount Washington and the cog!
*Gas fireplace in living room for ambiance
*Outdoor deck directly off kitchen area with tables and chairs to seat 8 along with propane grill
*Ski and snowboard racks with straps
*HighSpeed 1GB internet
*Smart TVs in living room and all bedrooms with installed apps to login to your favorite streaming service accounts.

Important things to note:
*We ask that you treat the space with respect. If any problems arise please notify us so we can address it promptly. We will do our best to take action as soon as possible, however there is no one living on-site 24/7.
* The bunk beds have a 300-pound weight limit on top and bottom.
* NO children under 6 years of age are to use the top bunk beds. This is also a manufacturer warning as well.
* 8 guest maximum

**NOTE**
No smoking whatsoever inside or outside of the property. $250 Penalty Fee for smoking on the property will be applied in addition to any cleaning/treatment needed to get rid of the smell.
**Note**
NO PETS are allowed inside of the property. A $500 Penalty Fee for unauthorized pets will be applied in addition to any cleaning/restoration to the accommodations if one is found on the property.

Cameras:
There are outdoor cameras on the property (one oversees the driveway, firepit side of yard and front door).

Perfect Location

First off, Aimee is one of the best hosts I’ve experienced using these platforms. The house itself was clean, well-stocked, and has everything you need for the perfect NH getaway. The house is close to the center, but far enough away where you can enjoy the peace and quiet. Everyone in the group greatly enjoyed their stay and would do again. Thank you!

Perfect family getaway

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Woodland Whisper. The space was exactly as pictured in the listing. It was the perfect space for our family trip with our young children, grandmas, and an aunt. Everyone had their own space in their bedrooms at night which was perfect since this was the first time everyone vacationed together. There was plenty of amenities that made the house kid friendly - high chair, special toilet seats, books, puzzles etc. they really thought of everything. Aimee was also very quick to respond when I needed a question answered. By the end no one wanted to leave and my kids are already begging to stay at the same house again!

Nice stay at a well-appointed cabinet

Aimee was an excellent communicator at all points and the home was well setup for two families and kids. Our only disappointment was with the cleanliness of the home. We found food (many pretzels) on the floor, the couch had lots of food and dirt under the cushions, and "clean" dishes were very obviously dirty/had food in them. These tipped us off to the cleaning being fairly superficial at best.
