Beautiful duplex in desirable Seacrest Beach. Features 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath and is only 1 block to the beach and 2 blocks to the marina!!! Luxury bathroom with frameless shower door and bench. Cable TV in all rooms with Wi-Fi. Tankless gas hot water heater and central A/C. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Large backyard with covered porch, enclosed hot/cold shower, outdoor gas grill and laundry line. Plenty of off-street parking. Seacrest Beach is much less crowded than neighboring beaches! This duplex is thoughtfully updated and comes with many luxury amenities!

Rentals are for a minimum of 1 week and are from Saturday to Saturday (NO EXCEPTIONS). Any cleaning required or damage incurred as a result of a guest stay may result in the guest having to pay for said cleaning/damage. Guests to supply own sheets, blankets, pillows, pillowcases and towels. Beach rental flag (which allows you to stay on the private beach) costs approximately $200 per week along with a refundable $25 security deposit. The beach rental flag can be obtained from the Seacrest Beach lifeguards. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR PETS ALLOWED!

Awesome time - Seacrest Beach!

We loved our week at Thomas's cottage. Clean, well appointed, great location, and very easy walk to the Sea Crest private beach. So nice to have an outside cold / hot shower. Central A/C was nice and cool. Newly renovated full bathroom!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We stayed here mid to late June, 2017. It was my husband and I plus our 14 year old daughter. I found that the owner pleasant and professional. If you email him, he will respond no later than within a day or two. RENTAL UNIT: Everything written in owner's description is accurate so I won't go into detail on that. Just a few comments. The unit has been recently updated with an adorable beach theme. Most importantly, the unit was extremely clean! There is plenty of off street parking, clean outdoor shower, plenty of hot water with good shower pressure, dishwasher, washer, dryer, central a/c (much better than window units), full kitchen stocked with all utensils you would need, Fios cable TV in both bedrooms and living, super fast Wi-Fi. The only negatives I can state is there was only one mirror in bathroom and only one clock on the microwave which really was no big deal. The mattresses are very firm, which I didn't like, which is a matter of taste. LOCATION: Most importantly a quick, convenient walk to the the beach!!!! The beach was clean and the water was gorgeous! Quiet, family-oriented beach town. Conveniently located to many things within walking distance such as bagel shop, bakery, Dairy Queen, souvenir shops, coffee shop, etc. Short driving distance to many great restaurants. We found a great Italian restaurant, Lenny's and a great seafood restaurant Crab's Claw Inn both less than a mile away on the street the unit is located. Close by as well, are convenience stores, pharmacies and grocery stores all within a short driving distance from the unit.

The cottage is very well appointed - clean, comfortable and convenient to beach.

We enjoyed our stay and were extremely comfortable in the cottage. It would been helpful if there were instructions as to how to handle the trash for collection (to the curb? leave in t he back?) The beach was lovely - altogether a fine vacation. Lynn and Harvey

seaside cottage living

Fun time had by all(Grandma, Grandpa, Mom, Dad, kids and day visitors). Short walk to beach, clean sand, clear water. Over the years we have stayed at many different cottages in Lavalettte. This cottage is superior because of its updates and sufficient parking. In addition it is convenient to grocery, Dairy Queen, donut shop, pizza etc. Owners congenial and responsive to inquiries. Very pleased with our stay.
