Seacrest Beach - Lavallette - Cottage B - One Block to Beach!

Beautiful duplex in desirable Seacrest Beach. Features 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath and is only 1 block to the beach and 2 blocks to the marina!!! Luxury bathroom with frameless shower door and bench. Cable TV in all rooms with Wi-Fi. Tankless gas hot water heater and central A/C. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Nice backyard with covered porch, enclosed hot/cold shower, outdoor gas grill and laundry line. Plenty of off-street parking. Seacrest Beach is much less crowded than neighboring beaches! This duplex is thoughtfully updated and comes with many luxury amenities!!!

Rentals are for a minimum of 1 week and are from Saturday to Saturday (NO EXCEPTIONS). Any cleaning required or damage incurred as a result of a guest stay may result in the guest having to pay for said cleaning/damage. Guests to supply own sheets, blankets, pillows, pillowcases and towels. Beach rental flag (which allows you to stay on the private beach) costs approximately $200 per week along with a refundable $25 security deposit. The beach rental flag can be obtained from the Seacrest Beach lifeguards. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR PETS ALLOWED!

Very pleased with our stay! Clean, well equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds! The location was easy walking distance to beautiful Seacrest Beach! Set way back from the road, so very quiet at night! We’ll be back next year!

Adorable Cottage

This cute (yet roomy) cottage was wonderful. It was very clean and modern. Location is less than a 5 minute walk to beach. Though on a busy road it was amazingly quiet inside. Absolutely no problem with noise. The owner, Tom, is accessible and very nice. My husband and I would definitely stay there again.

Exceeded Expectations

For the price, this exceeded my expectations. One block from beautiful Seacrest beach. Bathroom and kitchen were renovated and WiFi, cable, a/c, dishwasher and washer dryer all worked perfectly. Bedrooms are in the back so no noise from Rt 35, bunk was sturdy and easy for my toddler to climb up. Kitchen well-equipped, but remember that it is stripped. You must bring linens, pillows, paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, etc. Some cleaning supplies were provided.

4th July Getaway

This property is in a great location. Easy walk to beach, stores and restaurants. You can rent bikes across the street to get to most other places. Easy check in and the cottage was clean and neat. For the future, need to know certain basics, you must bring with you. ie: toilet paper

Three week apartment at Seacrest Beach

The property owners we’re very accessible and accommodating Close proximity to the ocean Apartment was very clean There were many essentials available like dish soap toilet tissue and garbage bags There was even extra ice in the freezer My only recommendation would be a bathmat in the bathroom and some lids for the pots in the kitchen Otherwise I would give it five stars

Really well done duplex

I remember visiting these duplexes over a decade ago, and they had indoor/outdoor carpeting, wood paneling, and one window air conditioning unit. The new owner has done a really nice job with the renovations, it's a very nice unit. The owner is quick to reply to any messages or texts.

Small feel and only a block away from beach! Super clean and great owner to work with!

We have never stayed on the beach in NJ so we did not know what we were getting into. This place was perfect, clean, updated and walking distance to the beach, food, and souvenirs/beach shops. It surpassed out expectations and we had a great time!

Lovely place

Great, modern, clean apartment in a duplex setting, 3 min walk to the beach and the marina. It has everything one needs to have a great vacation. Well equipped kitchen, nice showers both indoor and outdoor, good size bedrooms, quiet private backyard. Rental is exactly as shown on the photos. Would definitely recommend and would return to this beach cottage without hesitation.

Christmas Vacation

What I really liked about this place was that it was quiet, safe, and close to the beach. It met every single expectations we had, the pictures were right on target. We were there for our Christmas vacation, we were a family of four including two teenagers. The neighborhood is beautiful. The owner was really attentive to our needs. If we ever go to New Jersey again this will be our place to stay.
