Qualité indigne d'un logement mis en location

Hormis l'état de saleté du logement, il faut remarquer la dangerosité de l'installation électrique (voir son inadaptation), la mauvaise qualité des matelas, l'absence de poubelles de tri, la fonction débarras du logement, etc...

Belle région

Très bon accueil. Très belle région. Mais : Le logement est petit, pas très pratique avec un bébé ou jeune enfant. Literie moyenne et lit qui grince. Logement typique bricolé plutôt que rénové, avec la nature qui s'invite un peu trop dans la maison, rongeur, araignées, limaces, mouches, guêpes...

Très bon séjour.

Gîte remarquable pour sa situation. Un régal quand on recherche du repos , de la tranquillité et la campagne. Le propriétaire est très sympathique, et saura vous renseigner sur la région et les sites à visiter.

TOUS A VEZAC en carlades avec RPA sur 107,4MHz

séjour très agréable sans complication grâce à super serge toujours dispo qui à aménageait un ancien four à pain en petite maison de poupée avec tous ce qu'il faut d'essentiel pour passé un séjour Cocoon-caliente à trois ou quatre dans le pays des monts du cantal si comme nous vous avez choisi l'option beau temps- Merci les cantalou et surtout à bientôt

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Serge qui est une personne accueillante et très gentille, encore merci je recommande cette location pour sa situation géographique et aussi pour le rapport qualité prix

pas du tout adapté avec une enfant de 21 mois.

Je confirme les commentaires précédents : trop de poussière, des araignées, trop de rideaux, de chiffons parterre inutiles ! J avais proposé de payer une femme de menage avant notre arrivée, le menage laisse à désirer !!!! ce gîte demande à être rénové. il pourrait être magnifique ! quel dommage. J ai trouvé déplorable que le trampoline avait un cadenas !!!!! surtout que la piscine promise , était hors d' usage. À ne pas renouveler.

Ce petit gite enchantera les amoureux de la nature et de la randonnée. Ceux attachés à leur confort y trouveront moins leur compte. Le propriétaire est aimable et diligent et s'attache à faciliter le séjour des visiteurs.

Petit gîte agréable et propriétaires sympathiques

Amoureux du silence et de la tranquillité, ce gîte est fait pour vous. Vous n’y trouverez, certes, pas le confort d’un trois étoiles, mais le lieu est encore empreint de la présence des ancêtres dans cet ancien four reconverti. Isolé et assez éloigné des autres habitations, vous y serez cependant accueillis chaleureusement par les propriétaires, disponibles et très sympathiques, qui œuvrent pour que votre séjour soit une réussite. Bien situé pour accéder à différents lieux de randonnées, ce gîte relativement petit a aussi l’avantage d’avoir un tarif qui l’est tout autant. Nous en garderons donc un bon souvenir.

Gite bien situé et bien équipé

Le gîte est petit mais très bien aménagé et équipé, et il a accès à un grand terrain équipé de jeux et d'une piscine sécurisée : les enfants ont adoré. Il est frais, ce qui était un avantage en été. Il est extrêmement bien situé, à proximité d'Aurillac et de plusieurs lieux touristiques. Le propriétaire est d'excellent conseil pour des idées de visites et de balades. La literie adulte était peu confortable, mais le problème a été signalé au propriétaire.

Gite pour 4 personnes maxi, petit mais charmant et un propriétaire super gentil, essai au maximum de vous renseigner sur les sites à voir, visites intéressantes... fait vraiment le maximum pour que tout se passe au mieux - velos à disposition - jeux enfants - piscine Nous avons apprécié notre séjour chez lui

Gîte de caractère mais un peu vétuste.Séjour en février 2008.Période à déconseiller(Chauffage insuffisant)Sanitaires peu fonctionnels.Agencement un peu trop "bricolé"§ Bel environnement .Endroit à fréquenter plutôt à la belle saison !
