Beautiful apartment in excellent condition, tiled floor, very complete equipment. In Le Ruitor residence - ski room, swimming pool (in summer). Very nice view with south balcony on mountains and valley. Independent bedroom separated from the living room by 2 doors, separate WC, bathroom with bath, General departure from the ski lifts 150 m away, ski-to-door access by the Jardin Alpin chairlift. Discounts up to 30 percent on equipment rental and 10 percent on ESF ski lessons.

Great location

The location of this apartment is very good, you only have to walk across the road in the morning and you can ski down to the chairlift. The apartment is well equipped, it has bunk beds and a single bed in the bedroom. The apartment is located on the 6th floor with good views of the valley. Would definitely recommend.

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in Les Arcs 1800 verbracht. Die Station 1800 gefällt uns am besten. Besonders für Spaziergänger gibt es viele Möglichkeiten. Direkt am Eingang der Station befindet sich ein kleiner Käse- und Wurstladen. Die Besitzer sind super freundlich und man bekommt dort Raclette und Käsefondue für zu Haus incl. Leihgerät. Die Grillhähnchen sind auch sehr gut. Die Ferienwohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage, ruhig und doch nahe an den Skiliften, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung ist mit zwei Zimmern groß genug und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und die Abwicklung der Buchung etc. klappte reibungslos. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

L'appartement est très propre et bien équipé. La vue sur la vallée est agréable. Il est proche des commerces et des pistes même si le retour ne peut pas se faire skis aux pieds. Le propriétaire est de bon conseil et répond à toutes nos questions rapidement.Je recommande cette location.Une bonne adresse également, le restaurant "Iceberg" quartier Charvet.

Appartement bien équipé et en très bon état. Le nettoyage n'était pas parfait à notre arrivée. Beaucoup de poussière sous les lits et au dessus des armoires. Mais une personne non-allergique ne s'en serait peut être pas rendu compte car le reste était fort propre. Monsieur Bodu, comme à son habitude, est disponible et très serviable. La situation par rapport aux commerces et remontées nous convient parfaitement. Ni trop proche du bruit ni trop loin en distance. A l'année prochaine.

Fonctionnel et bien situé

Appartement bien entretenu et bien équipé. Lumineux, offre une jolie vue sans vis à vis sur la vallée. A moins de 5 minutes à pied du Transarc et des commerces. On peut aussi rejoindre à ski à partir de l'immeuble le télésiège du "jardin alpin" .Appartement que nous recommandons.

Séjour Mars 2013 Résidence Ruitor

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cet appartement : l'agencement est bien conçu et les meubles en bois apportent un plus à la pièce principale. Le carrelage est plus fonctionnel que la moquette que l'on trouve habituellement dans ce type de logement, le chauffage au sol complétant l'impression de confort. L'accessibilité aux remontées et au centre de la station est très facile : une remontée est accessible facilement à ski par un petit chemin, et le retour se fait aussi en descente en déchaussant à partir du centre des Villards (3-4 min). Le casier à skis est aussi bien situé. Tous les commerces des Arcs 1800 sont accessibles très facilement à pied (5 min). Nous recommandons cet appartement.
