Imagine discovering and living Provence off the beaten path, in the middle of a wooded area just 4km from the sea.
This house, a family heirloom, was built on a plot of land that contains remains of the past (dry stone walls, hunting post, underground cistern ...) and which today offers a beautiful villa well equipped for the comfort of holidaymakers.

"Terre Brûlée" awaits you with open arms and will make you discover the region in the most authentic way.

“Villa Terre-Brûlée”, has a pool house (summer kitchen, bathroom and WC), 2 terraces with garden furniture and a 2,350 m² park, fully fenced for children to play in complete safety (while the adults relax in the sun on the deck chairs or play a wild game of pétanque on the finely sanded and shaded boules pitch)
On the ground floor you will find: the living room (sofa, HD TV, blu-ray), decorated in the colors of the sea, a beautiful kitchen and well equipped, a very cozy independent living room (sofa, TV HD, blu -ray), the room 'Mimosa', the 2 rooms 'salmon', a bathroom with washing machine and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, you will sleep in the room 'Lavender' with its adjoining bathroom and separate toilet. It opens onto a balcony with a magical view of La Ciotat bay.
All rooms are equipped with closets to allow you to empty your suitcases and actually settle.

Close to La Ciotat, Lecques, Cassis and the Calanques National Park, the villa is ideally located in the center of the tourist attractions of the region, while being away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Behind the villa, a path leads to the GR 51 and 98 that follow the ridges and promise beautiful walks or mountain biking.

A fantastic week

We had a fantastic week at Jean and Christiane's beautiful villa. The house has all the space and facilities we needed for a family of five. We had great fun cooling off in the pool on the hottest days, and enjoying the gorgeous view down to the ocean. The outdoor cooking and eating area was great for evening meals. The location is ideal, whether it be for a stroll to the old village to buy croissants, a hike up into the hills, or a short drive to the beach-front cafes in La Ciotat. Thanks to our hosts for an all-round excellent experience!

Attractive house in a peaceful area, lovely view.

The photos of the house give a good idea of what to expect. Two spacious double bedrooms, two smaller more functional bedrooms and another room with a folding sofa bed. As a family of 6 adults this enabled 5 bedrooms. However more important was the feeling of space all day with the large dining room opening onto the large longer balcony. And the large space next to the open air kitchen which we used every night, (the indoor kitchen is smaller but has everything you need). We loved the trees and view of the sea, and appreciated the options of where to be around the house and garden. The pool was lovely for cooling off and messing about, very clean and refreshing. Lovely walk straight up the hill ridge, a climb but beautiful. A spacious well equipped holiday home in a beautiful area. Thank you.

Beautiful location

We stayed in this lovely villa for 10 days and could have stayed longer. The set up at the villa was ideal for us and we had everything we needed for a relaxed break in the French countryside. The location was great with shops and restaurants within 10-15 minutes driving distance. The beach recommended by the owners was lovely and check in and check out was seamless. Thank you very much for a lovely holiday! We will be back.

Tres bon sejour

Nous avons passé un tres bon séjour dans la villa. La vue est magnifique et la terrasse bien agréable avec la piscine. Il est à noter que la chambre à l'etage est indépendante du rez de chaussée mais cela se fait sans problème par l'extérieur. Nous pourrions revenir avec plaisir.

Séjour avec amis et enfants

Nous avons bien été accueillis par Yvon à notre arrivée, et les propriétaires sont d’une grande bienveillance. La maison correspond parfaitement à l’annonce, elle est propre, bien équipée, le kit linge de maison en bonne quantité. Le plus, la cuisine d’été avec sa terrasse et la plancha, nous avons passé la totalité du séjour dans cet espace, il faisait très très chaud, nous y étions tellement bien. Erholsame Zeit im Maison Terre Brulee

Wir hatten das herrlich gelegene Haus für 14 Tage gemietet. Der Ausblick auf das Meer und den Hafen von La Ciotat ist traumhaft. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet alles was man braucht. Wir konnten uns im Pool abkühlen und die Abende mit Petanque ausklingen lassen. Bäcker, Metzger, Gemüsehändler, Restaurants kann man mit etwas Kondition fussläufig gut erreichen. Der Empfang von Ivan war sehr herzlich.

Magnifique maison idéale pour un séjour en famille ?

Formidable séjour en famille

La villa" Les Terres brûlées" , on y entre comme chez soi. Elle est très bien située. Tout est prévu pour le confort des arrivants. La maison est entièrement équipée, les chambres sont spacieuses et l'extérieur de la maison est très agréable. Vue mer, grand parking, espace jardin. Les différentes terrasses ombragées et surtout la superbe cuisine d'extérieur, toute neuve, et équipée d’une belle plancha nous ont permis de passer des moments formidables en famille. Erlebnisreiche Ferien in einem tollen Haus in reizvoller Umgebung

Das ideal gelegene Ferienhaus mit dem schönen Garten lässt keine Wünsche offen: viel Platz, eine hervorragend ausgestattete Küche, Spielzeug für die Kinder, alles ist sehr sauber. Magnifique séjour à Ceyreste

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans cette magnifique maison ! Très bon accueil par Yvan. La maison est propre spacieuse et très joliment décorée. Nous étions 6 adultes et 1 enfant et avions beaucoup de place tant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur. La cuisine est également très bien équipée. Le jardin est grand il y a des espaces à l’ombre et nous avons bien rigolé en jouant à la pétanque. La vue sur la mer est splendide !,! L’acces aux plages est à environ 10-15 Minutes et on peut également faire des randonnées en partant à pied depuis la maison. A l’unanimité nous nous réjouissons déjà de revenir l’année prochaine. Bel emplacement, superbe vue

La maison est vaste, idéalement située, et au calme. Le jardin est très agréable et le voisinage tranquille. La vue sur La Ciotat et la mer au loin est époustouflante. Les terrasses permettent de prendre ses repas face à ce beau paysage. La piscine est le petit plus dans cette région. Nous recommandons donc cette location. Un superbe séjour en famille

Dans une maison accueillante parfaitement équipée dans une pinède avec piscine terrain de boules et une vue magnifique sur l'île verte et les calanques, nous avons passé en famille 2 semaines magnifiques. La gentillesse et la bienveillance des propriétaires, l'accueil en début et en fin de séjour sont très appréciables. Nous recommandons sans réserve cette location espérons y retourner très vite.

Deux semaines magnifiques

Nous avons été enchantés de séjourner dans la villa "Terre brûlée". La villa est très bien agencée et toute la maison est décorée avec goût sur le thème des couleurs et ceci jusqu'au moindre détail. La maison est très agréable à vivre et nous avons beaucoup apprécié les deux terrasses. La vue est magnifique. La maison est également très bien équipée, ce qui est très appréciable. La piscine et le terrain de pétanque ont été bien "rentabilisés" :-) Bref, un magnifique séjour pour notre famille. Laure, Arielle, Iolaine, Aydin, Tim et Fabienne

Happy retired grandparents, we have a lot of affection for this family home resulting from an inheritance. This has, of course, undergone many improvements since the year 2005 such as the creation of a floor, the development of a new terrace or the digging of a pool.

The place is magical and allows us and our children and grandchildren to come and relax in the holidays.
