About this property

The Territory's Most Affordable Stay!

Don't waste your money staying in a hotel when you can stay in a 1BR/1Bath townhome in the Galena Territory. We are within walking distance to the new spa at the resort!
Newly renovated kitchen has everything you need.
Our home sleeps four. The primary bedroom with new King bed, right across from the bathroom. Children or guests can spend the night with the full size sofa sleeper in the living room. This unit is great for a couple or small family.
Our rates are AFFORDABLE! We are private owners that do not have to pay commission to a rental company and can pass those savings on to our guests. Can't we all use a break right now?
The home has a fully stocked kitchen, with new appliances, and a deck, that is adjacent to the North Golf Course. We are across from Lake Galena and a short walk to the resort. So convenient!
A wood burning fireplace, satellite TV in living room and bedroom, free fast Wifi, and a double Jacuzzi tub are just a few of the amenities that will help you feel right at home. Everything is on one level-no stairs.
High speed wifi allows this unit to be a perfect work from home space.
With every reservation in the Galena Territory you will have access to the GTA Owners Club while staying with us. The Owners' Club includes an indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool w/slides, a kiddie pool, fitness room, game room, indoor/outdoor basketball courts, tennis courts, seasonal snack bar, free WiFi and outdoor playground.
The Galena Territory Marina is open for fishing and boating for our guests, too.
Downtown/historic Galena is less than 10 minutes away with shopping, sightseeing, wineries and wonderful restaurants.

this was a perfect place to stay for a sister weekend. The location, about 15 minutes outside of downtown GALENA, was set in the most beautiful rolling Hills area that we would've missed had we stayed downtown. The condo was decorated so cute, the bed was very comfortable and the host had included so many personal touches to make it feel like staying in a home. Having a deck to sit on at night was the best part. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, had great communication with the host, and plan to return!

The host was very responsive to emails and even managed to get us in a bit earlier than scheduled. The unit is cute and nicely decorated. The soaker tub is old and it was pretty difficult to get into to take a shower since there are no grab bars up high. There were lots of extras like coffee, tea, hot cocoa, bathroom supplies, etc.

Overall good value, a couple of suggestions (little things, but they make a difference):-Get a real toaster - the one supplied only allowed one piece of bread at a time- improve the lighting everywhere - bedroom was very dark-bed in the master - worn out and way too soft for virtually anyone. Back hurt the whole stay..

Perfect Budget Friendly Stay

Cute little condo, slept our family of four. Comfy king bed! Quiet and peaceful setting with wooded backdrop. Walking distance from swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts, game room, workout room, etc... walking distance from golf course. Short drive to Galena and lots of other cool places! Lots of places for fishing close by too! Lisa was easy to communicate with and very accomodating!

Hosting allows us to keep our prices low so others can experience Galena, at an affordable price. We have made beautiful memories in Galena and hope you can, as well.
