The house is located on the west side of Rapid City at the foot of the Black Hills off Hwy 44, providing easy access to Canyon Lake and the many attractions in the area.

↪ Quiet time hours between 10 PM and 8 AM.

↪ No smoking of any kind which will result in a $250 fee that will be charged if the property smells of smoke, or any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property.

↪ The maximum occupancy on this property is 8 people. Make sure that all overnight guests are declared on the reservation.

↪ Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house is left messy and unorderly. Please follow check out procedures prior to departure.

We had a wonderful time, and the house and available amenities were a big part of that. We made use of the fire pit, the kitchen and cookware and bakeware, and the garage. 1-1/2 baths were just enough for the three of us. We found the beds comfortable, and the blankets helped ensure a warm night’s sleep. This rental was exactly what we had hoped for.

Great hosts, location, and very spacious!We picked this house because of its convenience to Mount Rushmore, a lake with a park, restaurants, and shopping. This place really delivers with enough space for 3 couples or a family of 4! It's peaceful too. I can't think of one reason you shouldn't book your stay here.

As always, Dee offers a lovely home in a wonderful location! Quiet neighborhood convienent to walking and playing and strolling down to the lake! The beds are comfortable, the living areas are very comfy and welcoming! The highlight is the backyard with your own private fire pit!! We LOVE this house and consider it a home away from home. Dee is an excellent communicator and so nice to work with!!!

Nice quiet location. Close to all the cites. I booked a Vrbo for our South Dakota trip for ease of use Vs hotel hopping. The home is in a nice neighborhood.

Great relaxing centralized location

This house had everything we needed in a great location central to all the things we had planned. It was the perfect stop between our excursions for a rest and reset. Cannot wait to go back!
