Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave the front porch light on.
Clean up any pet waste in the yard. Clean any excessive pet fur or pet messes in the house.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet times between 10:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m. No parties. Please remove shoes, wipe pet’s feet before entering.
The entire upper unit is yours. We do have a permanent tenant in the unit below. No shared spaces in unit. Front yard is for guests.
Pick up pet waste in yard, take out all trash, strip beds and place laundry by washer before leaving. Start dishwasher before leaving.
