Village house completely renovated in Pilà Canale

Old house completely restored, located at the southern exit of the village, consisting of a fully refurbished apartment of 75 m² on two levels communicating by an internal staircase. The upper level for living / dining / kitchen use overlooks the backyard and is directly accessible by a side passage. The lower level which comprises the bedrooms opens onto a small interior courtyard, then onto the passage and onto the road.

Close to sea, river, mountain, prehistoric site of Filitosa, remarkable and exceptional natural and urban sites.
