Old stone sheepfold, restored with all comfort; located 25km south of Ajaccio, 3 km from Portigliolo beach, near the pretty village of Coti Chiavari .. Very beautiful panoramic view of the sea, exceptional site !!! absolute calm, surrounded by a large plot of one hectare of olive and pine trees.

On the ground floor: a living dining room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped American kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom with washing machine, a bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs: a large bedroom (30m2) with 2 fixed beds + 2 extra single beds. Located 5 minutes from the beach, (3km), with sailing club, tennis nearby, diving and hiking trails.

Emplacement idyllique - maison vetuste

La vue est magnifique, la terrasse top, le cadre idyllique pour les amoureux de la nature et du calme. Je suis néanmoins déçue de la maison : elle est vétuste, voire sale par endroit, elle a besoin d'être rénovée pour justifier le prix que nous avons payé pour 3 semaines en août. La climatisation n'est pas dans la maison mais uniquement à l'étage et c'est une clim d'appoint, elle fait un bruit de fou... Je n'avais pas suffisamment lu l'annonce en détail pour le savoir avant d'arriver. Il a donc fallu vivre dans le noir pour ne pas mourir de chaud. Le canapé n'est pas confortable. Le terrain fait plus d'un hectare... il n'est en fait pas cloturé... ce n'était pas précisé mais je venais avec deux chiens...qui ont donc pas mal importuné les voisins. Globalement, je suis déçue du rapport qualité/prix.

Une très belle bergerie

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la bergerie. La vue est fantastique et on ne se lasse pas des couchers de soleil. La bergerie est très bien équipée et aménagée avec goût. Un petit effort sur le ménage rendrait l’endroit absolument parfait. La maison est située à côté de belles plages et de bons restaurants. Nous recommandons chaleureusement cet endroit et remercions Margaux pour sa disponibilité à distance.

Bon séjour

Un bon séjour dans une bergerie atypique avec une belle vue, en retrait dans le maquis. Bonne réactivité des propriétaires et bonne communication. Le confort de la bergerie est bon dans l'ensemble.

Schöne Lage, schlecht gereinigt

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und mit schöner Aussicht etwas abseits. Leider ist die Einrichtung veraltet und das Haus sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass das Haus schon länger nicht vermietet war bzw. waren die Küche, Bad und die Zimmer in einem sehr schlechten geputzten Zustand. Die Spülmaschine war komplett verdreckt und hat auch nicht funktioniert. Auch wurde diese nicht repariert oder auf die Anfrage seitens des Vermieters reagiert. Alles in allem nicht zu empfehlen.

Maison agréable très bien située.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans une maison dont on sent qu'elle est utilisée par les propriétaires et pas seulement destinée à la location. Le site est superbe, calme et nous en avons profité avec un grand plaisir.

Adorable bergerie et vue inoubliable

Emplacement de rêve, au calme avec une vue superbe, jardin entouré de maquis, mais à proximité de superbes plages et de commerces. La bergerie est charmante, pleine de vie, avec tout le confort nécessaire pour se sentir chez soi. Mention spéciale pour la cheminée utilisée tous les soirs en cette saison, et pour la réserve de bois très appréciée. Idéal avec enfants!

Nous avons passé un long weekend dans cette bergerie rénovée. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, isolés du monde mais loin de rien. Cadre et vue magnifique. Si vous recherchez de la tranquolité c'est pour vous. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter. Propriétaire disponible en cas de besoin. Rien à redire.

mooi gelegen huisje, een thuis gevoel

Rustige ligging , gemakkelijk te bereiken en geen drukke baan, mooi huisje buiten en binnen; gezellig met open haard en slaapkamer op verdiep is voor 3 tot 4 mensen geschikt. In de keuken is alles aanwezig en meer dan genoeg plaats , wasmachine in de badkamer. Een echte aanrader , wij gaan nog terug.

Traduction Dans un emplacement calme, maison agréable à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur; confortable avec la cheminée et la chambre à coucher au rez-de-chaussée , appropriée pour 3 à 4 personnes. très bon sèjour dans la bergerie

nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la jolie bergerie, environnement magnifique devant le maquis et face à la mer à l'horizon, la maison est bien équipée parfaite pour une famille de 4 personnes petit bémol dans l'isolation de la chambre du haut et manque quelques ampoules aux diverses lampes, nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Très bon rapport qualité prix

Vue incroyable sur la baie, petite maison pleine de charme est très pratique, tout en simplicité... Mais rien ne manque pour passer des vacances perdues dans le maquis et néanmoins proche de la mer et de belles criques. Je recommande !

Charmante petite maison dans un très beau site

Séjour du 05 au 17/09/16.La maison est bien située, vue sur les iles Sanguinaires, au calme, bien équipée( lave-linge , lave-vaisselle, literie correcte, vaisselle complète, mobilier de jardin) Par contre, nous aurions aimé un accueil physique et un état des lieux; Le ménage était mal fait, les 2 tables sont branlantes, certains sièges sont défoncés, le vernis des assiettes usé, certaines casseroles en teflon rayées, pas d'aspirateur, peinture très dégradée dans la chambre du bas, serrure de la porte d'entrée vitrée se bloque régulièrement, terrain autour de la maison encombré (palette ,morceaux de bache plastique, gravas) Dommage, avec un peu plus d'entretien, ce gite serait parfait et en rapport avec le prix.

Je suis etonnée de vos remarques ....vous aviez l'air satisfaits! les anciens locataires ne se sont pas plaint...c est une maison familiale et non 1 hotel !!! c est le charme de la Bergerie et non d'un hotel formaté et sans vie!

Wunderschöne Ferien

Ich habe das Haus mit einer Freundin und unseren Hunden für 10 Tage gemietet. Wir waren vom Haus begeistert, es ist einfach ist jedoch alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wir sahen jeden Abend die schönsten Sonnenuntergänge vom Garten aus und fühlten uns wirklich sehr wohl. Das Haus ist sehr abgelegen und für unsere Pläne mit Wandern und Baden perfekt. Jedoch ist nichts in der Nähe, wen man am Abend gerne mal Essen gehen möchte muss man doch eine Weile fahren. Dies hat uns jedoch nicht gestört. Als wir ankamen war das Haus nicht gerade sauber, mit grosser Wahrscheinlichkeit wurde es länger nicht benützt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, es wahren wirklich sehr schöne und erholsame Ferien.

Nous étions enthousiasmés par la maison, elle est simple, mais on avait tout ce dont on avait besoin Nous avions chaque soir les plus beaux couchers du soleil du jardin et nous nous sentions, vraiment, très bien. La maison est assez éloignée et est parfaite pour se ballader et donc faire de grandes marches avec notre chien. Donc, cela ne nous a pas dérangé. Nous reviendrons en tout cas, des vacances très belles et reposantes vraiment !!

Calme et vue splendide à 3 km d'une plage. Rare

Maison spacieuse et très bien équipée, au calme sur un terrain dégagé surplombant la mer. Des couchers de soleil à contempler chaque soir !!! Plages et commerces à 2 pas pour une maison très tranquille à l'écart de l'agitation. Rare. Propriétaire extrêmement sympathique, flexible, accommodante. A recommander.
