Immaculate Ocean Views! 3 bedroom, 1 sleeping loft, 2 bath, sleeps 12

Pacific Vista is a two story beach home on a wooded, sloping
lot that affords a splendid view of the beach, ocean and Three Arch
Rocks. With two stories of windows facing the ocean, this home was
designed to enthrall you with its setting. With three bedrooms and an open
sleeping loft, outlined as our 4th bedroom. The Living Room has a queen sofa sleeper and a futon. This home can comfortably accommodate 10-12 people.

WE ARE ONE OF THE FEW HOMES IN OCEANSIDE WITH A GARAGE!
WE NOW OFFER AN ELECTRIC CHARGING STATION!

For outside enjoyment there is a large, wrap around deck that takes
advantage of the full view of the beach and coast, allowing travelers to
soak in every sight and sound of the ocean. The house is located an
easy 5 minute walk to an outstanding beach area. The kitchen in Pacific
Vista is large and fully equipped. The dining room is very large with seating for eight plus there are 2 leafs stored under the table, for large groups.
The front room has a TV and a wood burning fireplace and sleeping space for 4

Pacific Vista has three private bedrooms plus the loft and two full baths. The
master bedroom has a queen bed and a separate bath. Another large
bedroom has a queen bed and a quiet garden view. An equally roomy
bedroom has a luxury queen hideaway bed and deck access. The
sleeping loft has two twin beds. A futon is also located in the
living room plus the sofa sleeper.

Beautiful ocean view

After an initial setback, Heather handled it very well and promptly. we loved our stay! Sitting on the deck with the incredible view was a good way to start and end our days.

For us it was a family event. Pleanty of room, beautiful house, amazing ocean view. The beach was less crowded even for a Memorial Day weekend. We had a great vacation!

Great location

Plenty of room for our group of 10. Great beach & views.Very clean, comfortable updated home. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, essentials and bakeware, a few of the pans could be replaced. Hideabed is not as comfortable as the other beds. Plenty of linen, and rainy day entertainment. We would definitely go back!mix of the potcremovedreplreplaced

Best Views in Oceanside!

This is our second year staying at this property and we plan on returning regularly. The views are spectacular, and the proximity to the beach is perfect. The beds are comfortable, the property is well-cared for. The kitchen is well-stocked, and quite frankly with the view, doing dishes isn't such a chore. There have been upgrades since our stay last year that have made a big difference in aesthetics on the inside of the home. Our family loves this home.

Quick and easy comfort.

Great house. Beautiful view. Well outfitted. Only draw back is Oceanside is very small and most stores are closed on Monday and Tuesday. You have to go out of town to get services in the off season. Other than that, amazing place with a cool vibe.

Lovely view - great location

The Travel'in Gal Pals from Texas just wanted to get away from the heat. This house met our requirements. It is up on a bluff with a beautiful view - great breeze when sitting on the deck. We each had our own space/bedroom as well. Two of us walked down to the beach which is not a hard walk if you are used an active person, otherwise, you can drive back down to the lot by the beach. It was an easy drive into Tillamook as well. I highly recommend this house but bring your own tissues - we did not find any in the house.

Beautiful stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at Heather’s Oceanside property! Everything was perfect for us for our quick weekend getaway to the coast. The home is pristine, the views are stunning, it’s very well stocked and thought-out, and the location is perfectly nestled in the quaintest little beach town. There are a lot of rules, but I think this is what helps keep the home beautiful. We read them thoroughly before heading to the the home and expectations are clearly stated. We brought our own towels as we were only there two nights and didn’t want to spend one of them doing laundry. This made checking out much easier for us. We had a great experience; would love to stay here again!

Amazing views

The house was lovely, well stocked, and clean.Great location above the ocean with great views. The deck did not disappoint. You enter upstairs where the twin bed loft is. The rest of the bedrooms are down one flight of stairs on the main level with the kitchen and both bathrooms. One bathroom is directly off the primary bedroom with no door between them. The sun room bedroom off the kitchen was unique and a favorite. Great living and kitchen area.A note for anyone who hasn’t visited Oceanside before, the town is terraced and rises up above the beach. Absolutely amazing views for this reason. Roads are small, narrow, many are one lane. No issues for cars and SUVs. Big trucks are ok but more of a challenge. A full size pickup fits in the driveway of this house.

This house has a well-stocked kitchen, linen closets, and game and puzzle cupboard. The appliances and bathrooms are updated and very nice quality. And the VIEW!!! The balcony is ideal for watching the waves, pelicans, and the sunset.

Tunnel beach

Great property-loved the view. Loft area-no window coverings-had to provide my own. Water to washer had been turned off-Noticed sawdust on the floor near there so maybe maintenance needed to be done and they forgot to turn back on(or clean up). Overall I would rent this property again.

Resting any Quiet.

Very relaxing. Except when we had to do Laundry.. the Washer leaked, there were wet towels on the floor at the Washer when we got there. Dryer the control knob was broken had a difficult time to get it to come on, It took 2 1/2 hours to do one load of sheets. My wife spent all morning doing laundry!!!

Long check out process

The property was as described, clean, comfortable, well-appointed and with a FANTASTIC view. Easy walk down to beach; the steep uphill would be hard for someone with mobility issues but you can always drive down and back. Really though it's the check out process that's somewhat unrealistic. I am someone who always strips the beds and starts a load of laundry, whether the check out list requires it or not. But washing the towels plus the sheets from all the beds really is a lot to accomplish on morning of your departure. What if you're leaving early and you don't have time to cycle all those loads of laundry? It made me feel like I was pouncing on my guests as soon as they woke up (from their Sunday morning vacation lie-in) to grab the sheets off their bed. Hard to take one last walk on the beach when you're managing all of that.

Spectacular view

Really enjoyed staying here. The property is exactly as described. The view is unparalleled. Very clean. Great location on a quiet street two streets up from the beach. You can walk to the beach in under 10 minutes, easy walk with dogs and an 11 year old. Enjoyed Schooners Restaurant 10 minutes away in Netarts. Heather was very responsive to the questions I had while we were there. As the listing advertises, there is a bunch of check-out activities to do before leaving but it was exactly as advertised so I felt it was fair. We could have looked at the view all day. We had one sunny day and one rainy day, and they were equally gorgeous to watch from the huge windows. You can hear the crashing waves from the living area and 2 ofd the 3 bedrooms. Would stay again!

Gorgeous ocean view!

Five adults, so plenty of room. Suggestions to be added to the description: There is room in the garage for two cars (and two in the driveway). Three bedrooms are on the main level, as are the kitchen, and living & dining rooms. The entrance is upstairs where the loft with two twin beds are. The pictures don’t clearly show that. The living area was very conducive to hanging out together. On Friday evening, we ate at the Upstairs Bar and Grill. I would not recommend it. None of us liked what we ordered, food-wise. Fish and chips undercooked, clam chowder very garlicky, and their gizzards were practically inedible. The kitchen is stocked well with cooking utensils, pots and pans, etc. Like most places, they had a few spices; however, they had three empty pepper containers and grinders. They also need to provide a better can opener. I had to pry lids off partially opened cans. Additionally, I feel that the cleaning requirements before leaving are on the stringent side. I don’t mind throwing a load into the washer.... Or running the dishwasher. However, to wait for the washer cycle to end in order to dry the towels and then start a second load of sheets, to wait for the dishwasher to complete its cycle so as to empty it ~ all of that required us to stay at the house to accomplish the tasks. If we had wanted to use the morning to head out for breakfast or whatever, we really would not have been able to do so. I’m not against cleaning up or hard work but to have to wait on cycles to finish in order to accomplish the tasks, that was not typical. Checkout time is 11 AM and we had to wait until after 11 so we could put away the dishes. We had a great time. Overall, I would recommend this location and house, especially if they tweaked the cleaning instructions.
