We spent two wonderful weeks here as a family of four, with two adults and two children, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.The house has everything you could possibly need, and the pool is simply a dream. The location is excellent as well, making it easy to reach everything, whatever you feel like doing.Some reviewers mention that the house is located on a road and that it can be a little noisy. That is true, but it honestly didn’t bother us at all.Communication with both the owners and the house manager was always straightforward, reliable and genuinely friendly, making everything easy from the very beginning.We would be absolutely delighted to come back and would happily stay here again anytime.

we were in this beautiful house at the end of June. restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance. Handycap is the location, as the house is on a bend in the road and there is heavy traffic all day, it is always too loud, unfortunately there is no such thing as a quiet, relaxing holiday here. the house is well maintained and something special, the noise is unacceptable and on the lower floor there is a permanent... warning, no indication. It was also unpleasant that the owner 14 days after departure authorized us to have a complete pool cleaning for over x €, although the landlady gave us in writing that everything was ok!,,,,

A fuir ! Passer votre chemin. L'extérieur inutilisable par le buits de travaux. (Dommage pour la piscine)Chantier en bas de la rue depuis 1 an. Personne nous averti de cela. Moisissures dans la douche, dans les placard, joint de la douche qui pendais, complètement moisi et de la rouille. On nous a clairement dit que si on nous l'avait dit, on se serait pas venu. C'est que pour l'argent. Ça nous a gâché nos vacances. Et nous en resterons pas là. Je ne peux pas partager de video ici pour le bruits. Mais je les ai. On etait réveiller a 7h du mat a cause des travaux. Les gérant sont de mauvaises fois.

Il est toujours bien dommage d'avoir des clients mécontents surtout quand la majorité des points négatifs est injustifié. Comme mentionné clairement dans l'annonce, la villa est située très près du centre ville et de ce fait des bruits de circulation sont inévitables surtout sur la Cote d'Azur en au mois d'aout. Le chantier 2 rues en contre-bas est totalement indépendant de notre volonté et d'après les autres clients, les bruits qui en découlent sont occasionnels et supportables. De plus ils s'arrêtent vers 16h30. Nous avons eu des clients tout l'été ce qui rend difficile les interventions de réparation et de rénovation. Ceci sera fait durant l'hiver. A noter que vos critiques ont commencé en milieu de séjour et non pas lors des premières 24h ou même 48h du séjour. Le chantage d'une remise importante en échange de votre silence ou d'un avis plus favorable est honteux.

Es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub.Das Haus war io, sauber, Küche bis auf gute Messer super ausgestattet. Die Lage ist traumhaft, der Teil der Stadt ist wunderbar und man kann wunderbar essen gehen, Boule spielen oder ein Café am Marktplatz trinken.Eine Baustelle war ein wenig störend, derzeit wird die Straße die weiter unten liegt saniert, das sollte aber die nachfolgenden Gästen schon nicht mehr stören.Wir sind auch häufiger ans Meer gelaufen, das geht in 20 Minuten am nahen Fluss entlang.Steve war super freundlich und hilfsbereit.Wir wollten gar nicht mehr gehen und das lag sicher auch am Haus :)

Alles okay!

Das Haus mit seinem Pool hat seinen Charme. Das Haus wurde ordentlich übergeben und Steve kümmert sich sehr gut bei Bedarf um seine Gäste,ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr zentral und somit ist auch viel Straßenlärm ums Haus. Aber unsere Kinder konnten alleine etwas unternehmen,wenn sie wollten,was uns wichtig war. Der Pool ist großartig und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Typisch frans huis,mooie tuin en fijn zwembad helaas wel op een zeer luidruchtige lokatie !

Totaal geen rust en ontspanning ter plekke .Huis ligt in een bocht aan een zeer luidruchtige weg.Veel lawaai van vrachtauto s ,vuilniswagens,optrekkende auto s en scooters van s morgens vroeg tot s avonds laat ! Dus veel binnen gezeten met oordopjes in .. Heel jammer !Dus dat zou in de advertentie wel vermeld mogen worden

Vacances mitigée. Bâtiment vétuste, manque d entretien , mérite un gros nettoyage ( des coins 😉) et un bon raffermissement intérieur. La piscine et le jardin très bien, bien que très bruyant , passage de camions non stop. Le concierge très gentil. Contact avec Mme Solin super.

Séjour décevant - Nous ne recommandons pas . Passez votre chemin!

La prestation n'est pas du tout à la hauteur de l'annonce et des photos mises sur le site. Villa vétuste, sale . Equipements électroménagers inutilisables car non entretenus ( moisissures dans le réservoir de la cafetière; bouilloire entartrée, minifour HS...) Equipements de jardin dangereux car chaises rafistolées; tonnelle percée. barbecue rouillé et inutilisable. Environnement pas calme car route derrière la tonnelle. En réalité un sacré vis-à vis : immeuble en face de la piscine non visible sur les photos de l'annonceur. Communication avec la propriétaire inexistante car elle se réfère au "concierge" qui prend aucune décision pouvant régler les problèmes . Nombreuses photos à l'appui pour prouver nos dires! C'est lamentable de proposer une location dans cet état. Annonce à revoir car mensongère.

En plus de 20 ans de location de notre villa, ces vacanciers ont été de loin les plus exigeants et les plus discourtois. Aucun respect de la méthode de communication qui aurait dû se faire en priorité avec la personne qui les a accueillis le premier jour et leur a fait un tour de la location et ses équipements. Aucun souci n’a été mentionné a ce stade. Notre concierge s'est ensuite déplacé à chaque plainte et n'est reparti qu'une fois que les vacanciers étaient satisfaits de la résolution. La villa est située en ville et dans un quartier très prisé. Difficile donc de n'avoir aucun bruit de circulation et aucun vis à vis. A noter que la personne qui a été le plus critique est celle qui n'était même pas sur place. A noter également la présence d’un chien non mentionné a la réservation.

A most pleasant week-

Architecturally charming and well located on the edge of the village Cagnes-sur-Mer. Easy walk to great bakery and food take away shops. Well equipped kitchen with oldish toaster oven-not adequate for serious baking however. Our party cooked evening dinners and enjoyed dining alfresco by the small outdoor pool. Only major improvement needed is air conditioning in each of the two bedrooms-heat and mosquitos made comfortable sleeping difficult. All in all a very good value-comfort, convenience, charm and price. We would perhaps come again.

Bonita casa antigua con jardín y piscina

Hemos disfrutado mucho nuestra estancia sobre todo por el jardín y la estupenda terraza con la piscina. La casa está en medio de una curva y a veces se escucha algo de ruido del tráfico. Nuestra familia (incluida Emmy, nuestra perrita) ha pasado unos días estupendos.

Très belle maison, agréable à vivre mes enfants s'amusent très bien et le confort est réel.

Le propriétaire est très sympa et disponible, et l'accueil de la conciergerie est superbe , très soucieux du confort des locataires, un endroit conseillé.

Location très agréable.

Location très spacieuse et bien entretenue. Incluant vraiment tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. Cette location est très bien située. Commerces et transports en commun à 10 minutes de marche, permettant de se rendre à Nice, St Paul de Vence... . La voiture est inutile. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et compétents pour nous fournir des renseignements.

Très bon accueil avec les propriétaires, maison très agréable et spacieuse, idéale avec des enfants. Très bien située du centre ville ainsi que de Nice et Antibes. Pas mal de balades à faire à vélo ( 10 mns de la mer). Je recommande cette location qui est bien entretenue et qui est tranquille.

Perfect holiday in French Riviera

Our family had a good stay in this villa. Villa was well equipped for our needs and had space enough. Everything as promised in advance. Pool area with barbecue was well functioning area which had maybe too much shadow due to big trees what property have. Villa is ideally located to explore whole French Riviera as only 5 minutes walk to center of city where you can find supermarket, bus stop for all directions etc. Nearest restaurant in 3 minutes walk. Everything was nearby. Due to central location, street noice was quite high which surely negative point but understood. One improvement would be air conditioning as quite hot during night time. Owners were very friendly and helping us where ever needed. Big thanks for that! I can recommend this villa if you do not want to hire a car but use public transportation and stay in a city center.
