It is ideally located for leisure and business travelers. Walkable and central you don't need a car to access sight seeing, groceries, entertainment, shops, restaurants, bars and night clubs. Yet it is on a quiet side street away from all the noise, offering a lovely backyard with BBQ and Gazebo.
