Notre arrivée a été facilitée par le propriétaire vivant à proximité pour la remise des clés.Le logement est un loft parfait pour une famille de 4 personnes - très bien aménagé et très calme.Ce dernier est à 15 minutes à pieds de la plage de Tanchet et de la zone commerciale "Super U".

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Sylvie et Jean-Michel. Le logement est bien situé, calme, propre, cosy mais bien adapté pour deux adultes/un enfant et la terrasse est un vrai plus dont nous avons bien profité. La literie du salon est très confortable.Nous avons loué des vélos, ce que nous ne regrettons pas car il y a des pistes cyclables partout et de très jolies promenades en bord de mer, accessibles pour des enfants.Merci à Jean-Michel pour son accueil et ses recommandations. Nous ne manquerons pas de revenir.

Maisonnette très bien située et environnement calme.

Proche de l' océan. Pistes cyclables et randonnées. Un petit marché avec des bons produits, boulangerie, presse,tabac tout le nécessaire à proximité. Nous avons passé deux semaines sans prendre notre véhicule. Parfait. Et bien sûr, le propriétaire très accueillant et chaleureux, adresse pour des restaurants et autres.très bon séjour . Merci Monsieur.

Très bon accueil sur place avec de précieux conseils sur les sites à visiter ou restaurants à découvrir. Terrasse très agréable et facilité de stationnement devant le logement qui est propre et fonctionnel. Environnement agréable, avec centre de thalasso, casino, et plage du Tanchet à proximité. Une bonne base de départ pour découvrir les sables d olonne et visiter la région. Hôte très aimable et arrangeant. Merci pour cette semaine.

Séjour agréable

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. La location est proche de la plage, à faire à pied sans problème. Elle est située dans un endroit calme. Le proprio est à l’écoute et disponible. L’hébergement est sympa avec une petite terrasse. Nous étions trois avec un adolescent de 16 ans, qui a occupé l’espace du haut. Une connexion wifi au top, important avec un ados. Beaucoup de chose à faire, une très belle plage, avec piste cyclable et pour les sportifs. Les commerces à faire à pied ou en voiture plutôt poche de la location. A une heure de la maison, le Puy du Fou, une distraction à ne pas louper. Je recommande cette location. Le petit plus, l’emplacement de notre véhicule proche de la maison.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour l accueil des propriétaires fut excellent . Petit plus en arrivant nous avions a notre disposition de quoi nous rafraîchir et manger un petit quelque chose très sympa ! Logement bien situé proche plage 10 minutes à pied! Location parfaite, très propre, tout confort, très calme, propriétaires discrets et très serviables. Commerce,plage et autres à proximité pas besoin de véhicule .superbe terrasse avec BBQ et de l’espace pour qu’un enfant de base âge s’amuse en toute sécurité. Nous avons passé un super séjour. Location largement conforme à l'annonce, nous avons même bénéficié de lits jumeaux pour ma fille et moi! Appartement très propre, très fonctionnel, très bien agencé, rien ne manque. Mezzanine spacieuse et facilement accessible. On se sent très bien chez soi même en terrasse. Le propriétaire très sympathique, accueil chaleureux, il donne de précieux conseils (alimentation, restaurants,...) A proximité des Sables d'Olonne: cela évite les bouchons et permet un séjour au calme.

Sehr gemütliches Häuschen

Gut durchdachtes und ausgestattetes, sehr sauberes Häuschen mit Wohlfühlfaktor. Wir wurden sehr freundlich vom Vermieter empfangen und mit Brioche, Getränken und detaillierten Ratschlägen zur Umgebung versorgt. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, das Kochgeschirr wirkt noch sehr neu. Das Badezimmer ist hell und freundlich und bietet genügend Abstellmöglichkeiten für zwei Personen. Es gibt ausreichend und gut gepflegte Gartenmöbel mit Auflagen. Die Terasse ist mit einem Sichtschutz gegen die direkten Nachbarn abgeschirmt. Die Betten im Mezzanin sind für große Menschen leider zu kurz und die Matratzen etwas durchgelegen. Die gratis bereitgestellten Fahrräder sind zwar alt, aber dennoch einsatzbereit, auch für Touren um 30 km, die in der Umgebung auf ausgeschilderten Radwegen möglich sind. Alles in allem kommen wir gerne wieder, wenn wir noch einmal in der Gegend sein sollten.
