Superb view sea front, 2nd floor, lift, balcony, private pk, shops 100m away.

Located on the 2nd floor of a small co-pro with elevator, this apartment of 50m ² with balcony is exposed West on the living room and balcony, facing the beach, and East, on the bedroom, very quiet (Large bed 2x1 , 60m for 2 people). The capacity of accommodation is 2 people (no sofa bed in the living room). No pets allowed. At 100m, bakery, Carrefour Market, newspapers, fish shop and bus stop. Downtown 15 minutes walk, very nice walk to the wild side and lake. All the interior redone as the furniture, It has a beautiful living room and kitchen (completely redone in 2016), a separate toilet and a bathroom with washing machine and dryer.
The city center is 15 minutes walk. All necessary for a great stay and parking, secure, very important summer.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement parfaitement équipé et avec une vue incroyable. L'appartement n'est pas dans le centre même et est donc au calme malgré la rue au pied de l'immeuble. Tous les commerces sont à proximité ce qui est très pratique. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans ce logement.

Séjour parfait dans un appartement très agréable.

L'appartement est très bien situé avec tous les commerces a proximité et pas loin non plus des grands centres commerciaux. On est au pied du remblai et a 15 minutes a pied du centre ville. La place de stationnement dans le parking de la résidence est un atout supplémentaire, car il nest pas toujours evident de stationner la voiture sur des places extérieures. La residence est calme. La route devant l'immeuble est passante mais pas trop de bruit, même la nuit, avec la fenetre ouverte.Tout est pratique dans cet appartement. La chambre est au calme sur la cour, avec un grand placard pour ranger ses affaires. La salle d'eau est pratique avec sa douche a l'italienne, sa machine a laver le linge et un sèche linge. La cuisine est parfaite avec tout l'équipement necessaire. Le salon est vaste et donne directement sur le petit balcon avec une vue extraordinaire sur l'océan et la baie des Sables.

Séjour au top aux Sables-d'Olonne

Comme il y a 5 ans nous sommes revenus aux Sables-d'Olonne dans ce superbe appartement. La vue est magnifique face à l'océan, c'est la 1ère chose que je regarde en me levant ! La place de parking est indispensable l'été, heureusement qu'elle est là. Appartement tout confort, tout est là et même plus ! Je recommande à 100% cette location.

Tolle Ferienwohnung!

Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr, sehr guten Zustand mit kompletter Ausstattung. Die elektrische Markise auf dem Balkon ist super. Alle wesentlichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäcker, Metzger, Supermarkt, Fischgeschäft) findet man fussläufig in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Empfehlung: Fahrräder mitnehmen und der Strand Sauveterre (den rechten, längeren Weg vom Parkplatz nehmen).

Appartement exceptionnel de part son emplacement, sa luminosité avec sa vue sur l'océan. Tout était parfait : très calme, fonctionnel, confortable, (literie impeccable) déco soignée. Rien ne manquait pour passer un excellent séjour. L'accueil par Hélène de "La conciergerie Sablaise" était efficace. Habitués à louer, nous le recommandons absolument.

Appartement bien placé avec une belle vue sur la mer.

Mes parents y ont séjourné début septembre. Malgré une météo très chaude, l’appartement est resté très agréable, permettant de continuer à profiter de la vue mer tout en restant au frais. L’appartement est bien placé, proche des commerces. D’autre part, l’ascenseur rend cet appartement approprié pour les personnes âgées. En résumé, le séjour a été très réussi ! 😉

Sables d'Olonne

Bon séjour. La circulation routière empêche l'ouverture des baies. Dommage ! Il faudrait aussi 2 Poêles car une seule fonctionne, celle en alu. Le logis est très bien placé et le parking très utile. Merci de cette location près de la ville et de la plage, avec de beaux livres sur l'histoire des Sables d'Olonne.

Séjour aux Sables d'Olonne

Excellent séjour. L'appartement est très bien situé, fonctionnel et décoré avec goût, avec une superbe vue sur le front de mer. Les commerces sont à proximité et proches de la location. Pas besoin de prendre la voiture. Accueil au top lors de notre arrivée. Idem pour notre départ. Les voies douces dédiés aux vélos et piétons sont idéales pour la découverte de la ville et du paysage. Der Aufenthalt war wunderbar. In der Wohnung fehlte uns nichts. Die Lage zum Strand/Meer aber auch der Bäckerei und der Stadt waren ideal und alles war in Gehdistanz. Gerne wieder!
