Welcome to the BESTNEST at 37 Shell Ring Road in Sea Pines- redecorated and super stylish! Our advertised rates are our very best rates and calendar shows real time availability. We encourage you to book online!

37 Shell Ring is a completely comfortable and filled with every amenity that we appreciate when we vacation.

The open living/dining area features comfy seating for 6. The dining area seats 6 comfortably and opens to a lake-view screened porch. Gaze over the lagoon while white egrets meander about.

The kitchen offers everything you will need-- and want. All white dishes, great heavy flatware and cookware, baking and serving pieces, and spotlessly clean, nearly new appliances plus an adjacent grilling deck with gas grill await you.

No Carpet! The master (king) is spacious and features wall mounted TV. The en-suite bath features double vanity, big tub, and walk in shower.
Bedroom 2 features a queen bed and en-suite bath with tub/shower combination. Bedroom 3 features 2 twins and full bath with walk in shower.

The spacious, detached garage is ideal for housing all of your “stuff”!

PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

HOW FAR TO BEACH: 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bike to the ocean/Sea Pines Beach Club.

BEACH CLUB ACCESS/PARKING Onsite parking AT the Beach Club is permitted for all overnight guests, Labor Day-mid March. From Mid March through end of summer, special Beach Trolleys transport guests from various parking spots within Sea Pines to the Beach Club. Full details will be provided at time of your reservation, or simply inquire for more information. DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB.

POOL/TENNIS: Complimentary at the neighborhood facility; 3 minute walk. Pool open April - September (not heated)

PETS: 37 Shell Ring is a people-only property.

WHAT’S INCLUDED: Your property will come stocked with all of the household amenities you will need for the duration of your stay, including trash bags, dish soaps, perfume free laundry products, paper towels, bath tissues, hand and bar soaps and even Keurig AND standard coffee makers with filters. We also stock beach toys, beach chairs and umbrellas-- really, all you have to do is come and enjoy.

Beautiful beaches & marvelous bike paths

It was exactly as advertised. Great location, in Sea Pines Resort. We were close to the Forest Preserve, and would walk & then ride our bikes in the Forest. We also rode to Harbour Town, and to the beach. Great vacation!

A Beautiful Home & Great Service in Sea Pines!

I must admit that Sea Pines is one of my very favorite vacation destinations. We have spent many vacations in Sea Pines and have never been disappointed. This vacation was no exception and this home was no exception! The home is in a wonderful location, being located near the "front" of Sea Pines so when you are looking to leave, you don't have far to travel. The neighborhood was amazing with every home being taken care of in a beautiful setting. The community provided a wonderful pool, tennis courts, and pickleball courts for guests to enjoy. The home was clean and inviting with everything you need. The home was very well stocked (especially the kitchen) with just about anything you could ask for. In addition, the homeowners generously provide access to beach/pool equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas. And let's not forget the screened-in porch! What a great view of the lagoon! We were not disappointed in any way and would absolutely consider renting this home again if it was available when we were visiting! BTW, the management company was very attentive, as well. First class!

November 2022 Stay

We are between homes so this rental was perfect and a nice relaxing week away from hotels! Beverly and her people are always so thoughtful and accommodating and the rental house was just what we needed. We have rented for years from her and will continue to do so. Other rentals are no comparison to her quality and cleanliness.

The overall experience from initial interest to checkout was awesome. The management team was very responsive and the unit had everything we needed and more. The only suggestion would be to change the shower head in the master bedroom because it had very low pressure. Thank you.
