Located in the very desirable Forest Beach, this home features 2 Master Bed Rooms en suite and 2 additional bedrooms with a shared hall bath. Just a short walk to restaurants and shopping of Coligny Circle. Freshly redecorated and furnished with a beachy whimsy feel. Come enjoy the beach life of Hilton Head Island! Your Hilton Head Island escape to enjoy the beaches, bike ride for miles, golf and play tennis or to simply relax should you have this spacious home as your resting place.

Indoor living with large windows provide an abundance of natural light, 4 Flat Screen TV's, cable and Wi-Fi. All linens/towels/kitchen towels are provided. Trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry and dish detergents and a first aid kit are provided.

The outdoor Oasis offers a private patio with lush natural landscaping provide a space to lounge or dine el fresco.

The Kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, ice maker, Keurig and regular drip coffee makers, blender and all the cooking basics and dishware you may need.

10 Beach Towels and Chairs (mix of low folding chairs and high collapsible chairs), rolling beach cart and cooler are provided as an added convenience. Umbrellas, boogie boards and additional chairs are for rent by the Lifeguards. We also provide 3 beach bikes.

Entry to the house is keyless and allows self-check in.

The house was so lovely and comfortable - nicely furnished and well-equipped. It was a short walk to the beach. The host was super responsive and accommodating - we had a wonderful stay!

Great house for family vacation

Lots of room and great layout. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Plenty of parking. Close to rhe beach. Would highly recommend rhis house.

Thanksgiving at Hilton Head

Wonderful house that is perfect for older guests since there are no steps at all. I had 3 family members, with 2 using walkers. This layout made the stay much easier. And it was a short walk to the beach. The house had everything we needed.

Beautiful Property

Really loved this house. The pictures dont do it justice. Very spacious and plenty of room. Has everything you need as well. 5 minute walk to the beach. I would highly recommend.

Perfect home away from home feel and nice and secluded and a 4-5 minute walk to the beach.

Loved the all one level so this would be great for elderly as well! Great layout, had plenty of beach towels. There was bug spray provided for those pesky mosquitoes on the back table. Nice area to walk dogs in private. They provided a small laundry detergent to be able to wash those bath towels and beach towels and clothes if needed. Lots of spices in cabinet so only had to buy a couple. This is not 300 steps to the beach but maybe a 4-5 minute walk but really close. Full kitchen so you can cook while you stay and big enough to have several people cooking if needed. Large area to eat and have conversations with people in the living room as large table is in the same large room. Only down side at all was that it says dog friendly but dogs can’t be on furniture so if you have dogs that are used to laying next to you watching tv or sleep with you be prepared to bring a blow up mattress to keep them off. This was a really easy fix for us because I am used to sleeping on a daybed couch so we just had an upgrade We were able to bring our large indoor/ outdoor kennel to put the dogs in while we were away in the room next to the laundry room off from the garage.

Great stay close to the beach!

The house was a perfect fit for our group of travelers. We enjoyed the layout of the house and the privacy of the yards. Our favorite part was the proximity to the beach! Can't beat it. Thank you for a great stay!

Lovely house, great location

All the provided information was accurate. We didn't realize beforehand that much of the island is in gated developments that are off-limits to the public (e.g. Sea Pines), but the area from Coligny Plaza to Sandpiper is public streets. We enjoyed walking and biking between the house and Coligny along North Forest Beach Drive, Dune Lane, and directly on the beach

Thanksgiving on Hilton Head Island

Since my Dad's passing, we have had to make new traditions. My daughter and her family live on HHI and we visit frequently. This time my husband and I flew into Savannah with my mom and sister-in-law. My sister and her husband joined us from NC and my eldest daughter drove down as well. The house offered spacious rooms, an ample kitchen (4 women in the kitchen requires "ample"), a yard for the grandkids to run around in, bicycles, and a grill where my husband performed his yearly mastery, grilling the turkey. My sisters and granddaughter walked the nearby beach. Brother joined us for the feast and we all had a wonderful time. It was especially convenient and comfortable since my mom and brother-in-law have significant mobility issues. Thank you!

Great house and location!

Nice house. Block and a half from the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Trouble with a bed and air conditioning distribution in rooms. Property manager did not respond but owners did later and promised to fix the issues. If issues are fixed it’s a great place in a fantastic location.

SC beach

Enjoyable, no surprises, 1 1/2 blocks, easy walk from Beach. Wide beaches. House will sleep 8-9 in 4 bedrooms. Beach bikes & beach towels provided (wash at end of stay). Ample coffee brewing. Very enjoyable place to stay. Away from rush or congestion of shopping areas.
