Even a new HVAC for a very refreshing and comfortable stay! Exquisite renovations include new tile throughout the condo, beautiful new cabinetry, and quartz counter tops. Community deck just a few steps away to relax and enjoy a cool beverage with the Sunset. Capri 122 sleeps 2. Queen size bed. Friday to Friday rental. Seasonal Beach service is included with your rental. 2 chairs and an umbrella set up for you daily on the beach! NO TENTS OR CANOPIES ALLOWED ON BEACH. Complimentary wifi included for streaming your favorite TV apps! Cable not provided.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd stay here and we will be back again! It’s the perfect size for a couple and has all we needed for morning coffee , short walks on the beach and watching gorgeous sunsets! It’s close to lots of good eating places and the beach being so close and with private entry is the best!! We’ve had a great time each stay!

It was perfectly themed with all new appliances and fixtures ! On my thing I would change is the coffee pot- to a Keurig - or have both. Our stay was wonderful - no bumper to bumper traffic or wait times to eat! Highly recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were not aware of the change in TV streaming, nor any info how to operate the new tv system. We also like the sofa on the other wall. There were 3 roaches in the bathroom ( at different times) but the condo was very clean ( that’s why I have 4 stars). We do LOVE this condo and will stay there again! [ The tv change and 3 roaches are why I gave 4 stars on 2 questions]
