Capri by the Gulf is located directly on one of the most sought after stretches beaches in the world. The property sits on 300 feet of beach in the heart of Crystal Beach. The gated community helps guests feel a sense of privacy and safety while keeping traffic to the beach to a minimum. This property is excellent for a romantic getaway or a family with small children. Capri 106 sleeps two. 1 King-sized bed. Seasonal Beach Service is included with the rentals (2 chairs and 1 umbrella set up daily on the beach). NO TENTS OR CANOPIES ALLOWED ON BEACH. Rentals during the peak season are taken from Friday to Friday. Complimentary wifi included for streaming your favorite TV apps! Cable not provided.

Capri 106 is located in a prime location in Destin! Nestled directly between the Destin Harbor and The Village of Baytowne wharf guests can experience the best of both worlds. It is very convenient to walk to Camille's, The Crab Trap or 790 on the Gulf for a drink or a quick bite or walk over at night and enjoy inside dining with a great view! Also, less than one mile from Capri by the Gulf is Destin Commons outdoor mall, movie theater, Uncle Buck's Bowling, Bass Pro, World of Beer, and many other shopping and dining options. And if you don't want to leave the beach road for dinner, you have some great options: Kenny D's, Pompano Joe's, Surf Hut, or Caption Dave's on the Gulf. Wonderful Time, Much Needed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The misses and I stayed 4 nights at the condo, and it pretty much exceeded our expectations. We had everything we needed and the weather cooperated most of the time. Any place can use a little sprucing from time to time, but things were really nice, and we would definitely go back. The only thing that we might consider needing an upgrade is the shower. Pulling the tub and glass sliding doors and go to a walk in shower (grab rails) would be much more accommodating and safer. Very clean and overall comfortable. The wife had her reservations at first, but that changed in a few minutes after we arrived. Thanks Megan for all your help and patience.

The deck had improved, Washers and Dryers were real nice! Our actual unit (106) could use some attention to the wear and tear, and to the kitchen supplies, but overall we were very happy as always!
