Close to downtown, lake, restaurants and wine trails. This has everything you need and yet so cozy and private. Beautiful area.

Really convenient location

We really enjoyed our stay here in this apartment. The location was really convenient to downtown and we had everything we needed in the apt. The host is very attentive to the needs of the guests, and really was very communicative on how things were going. We really had a great time here!

Lovely town, home and hostess

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the loft. We came for a concert at the Smith, and spent the rest of the weekend exploring the FLX. Anne is kind, helpful, and has created comfortable, elegant, thoughtfully appointed flats in a beautiful, historic building.

Beautiful location. Since I was with friends at Hobart and William Smith it was convenient. It is also convenient to shopping and restaurants. Everything is walking distance. Park Place neighborhood is extremely pretty, with an updated old fashioned feel. I stayed in the top floor——be aware the building is a walk-up—-and it is ideal for 1 or two. LR, BR, Kit, and Bathroom. The owners were precise in their instructions to access the building—-which is always welcomed when renting a private apartment. Parking was not the problem I feared. But keep in mind that the later one returns home, the harder (or further) it is to park. But it’s no problem. Certainly recommend Park Place. When I return next I will be renting again.

Lovely and great location

My wife and I were looking for a place for the week in Geneva that was walkable to the downtown area and close to other attractions and had a small kitchen to make breakfasts. The suites at Park Place checked all the boxes. Anne and Jerry were super hosts. Great communication, very responsive and accommodating. Jerry met us at the house when we arrived to show us the suite. The accommodations were very clean, comfortable, well appointed, secure and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Very good wi-fi. Plenty of towels, bathroom supplies, bedding. No issues with parking. We would definitely book again on a return trip to Geneva.

Awesome location and quaint home

We loved this property. It was the perfect home base for our vacation to the Finger Lakes. Downtown Geneva was within walking distance which was great. Anne was so helpful and very responsive. I highly recommend her property.

Great location, great loft apartment, great owners.

Just three nights in laid back, old school with modern amenities town of Geneva. But was a great getaway. This apartment loft met our needs and we felt at home and comfortable . The owners were very accommodating to help us. Awesome, awesome, awesome. Did I mention it was awesome?

Mother Daughter Trip

Anne is a wonderful host, and I wouldn't hesitate to rent from her again. She was attentive and available, and offered terrific suggestions for activities in the area. The Loft was the perfect spot for our first visit to the Finger Lakes. We enjoyed the nearby wineries, as well as day trips to Watkins Glen, Seneca Falls and Chimney Bluffs State Park. We would love to return for another visit!

Great getaway

This was the perfect spot, very close to everthing. Anne was very accommodating and gave great resturant and activity suggestions. The place was.also vdry cleand and with the AC the heat didn't bother us at all. We definitely would come back!

Super convenient Location!

Anne and Jerry are super helpful and have a great rental. The location is super convenient to anything downtown or HWS. Super clean and Anne and Jerry or extremely helpful and friendly! Highly recommended!

We enjoyed the area and the Buckleys are wonderful hosts! They took care of everything and helped with some problems that the VRBO site had. Charming loft and we enjoyed the wineries!

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming property! Very comfortable and cozy...lots of detail went into creating a very warm & friendly decor. Great location walking distance from HWS and downtown restaurants, shops and bars. Wineries minutes away. Ample parking surrounds the building but depending on your interests you could park the car on arrival and not need it for the rest of your stay. Our hosts we're very friendly and greeted us upon our arrival; made it a point to make sure that we were fine with the accommodations and took the extra time to offer some great suggestions relative to dining, wineries and the newly opened Geneva Visitor's Center....which is beautiful and definitely worth a visit! We plan on being in Geneva quite a bit over the next three years and will no doubt plan on staying here....my wife and I can't wait to see and stay in all of the suites!

The loft apartment was fantastic. Everything we needed for a triathlon-based vacation. Anne let us keep the bikes and golf clubs in the basement (so we didn't have to haul them up/down 3 flights of stairs. It was easy walking distance to the restaurants in town, and to Seneca Lake. I would definitely stay there again.

Finger Lake Firsts

We rented 2 apartments in this property and had friends stay in one. They had never been to the finger lakes. They loved the 4th floor. It is spacious and has lots of natural light. The only think people should be aware of is the stairs, it is a walk up to the 4th floor, so pack light. They felt right at home and enjoyed having a kitchen to do breakfast before heading out for the day. I am sure they will visit again and bring more friends or family.
