This 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom unit is a newer private top-floor unit with great views of the slopes and the hot tub. With a short walk to the slopes and a private covered deck, this unit is sure to please. Complete with a kitchen including a full-size refrigerator, microwave with convection oven, stove, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, crockpot, utensils, and dishes, you can plan to fix a quiet meal away from the crowds one night or eat a quick breakfast before hitting the slopes. The condo unit is furnished with linens, toiletries, and wireless internet access. It sleeps 5 people with a king bedroom, queen sofa sleeper in the living room, and single ottoman (suited for a child). This unit connects to a fully furnished studio unit if you are traveling with family or friends and would like to room next to each other (See VRBO 646648). Located in the beautiful Founders Pointe complex, the amenities abound! A heated parking garage ($24 daily in winter and $0 per vehicle in summer (regardless of how many days you are staying,) private ski locker, secure bike storage, free wireless internet, building laundry room, and a beautiful lobby living room with a 2 story fireplace. There is a spacious 3rd-floor outdoor amenities plaza with incredible views, featuring a huge hot tub, 2 sided fireplace, lounge chairs, and tables, and 2-gas grilling stations all waiting for you upon your stay in this complex.
Health & Safety of our guests is of the utmost importance to us. We understand that cleaning a property effectively requires specific training, appropriate supplies, and a systematic process. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, our professional cleaning service has implemented additional steps to include even more rigorous sanitization and disinfection protocols. While we are taking every precaution to ensure the safety of our guests, it is ultimately your responsibility to make sure you stay safe and we highly encourage you to wipe down all surfaces as you feel necessary. Easy access to the slopes and worked well for our family of four. Ski locker and locker room were a plus. Large hot tub was great at the end of ski days. Kitchen was a little small but as depicted. Carpet and upholstery could use a deep clean but aren’t terrible. Biggest complaint would be the one working elevator, but that was being fixed right after we left. Would likely stay again. Great host communication.
The property was very well represented and the owners kept us well informed on all aspects of the visit. The comfort and convenience suited our visit well.
We had a fantastic overnight stay! Communication with the host was excellent—clear, timely, and helpful from start to finish. The space was spotless, beautifully styled with a modern and cozy touch, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect—convenient, quiet, and close to everything. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay. Would absolutely return!
Great place to stay for our time at winter park. We used both the couch bed and the single bed in the living room. Small but just fine for our skiing trip.

We stayed at the property for 4 nights during spring break. It was located very close to the village (right across the street). Lots of good food options for hungry kids in the village. If you have older kids, the sofa bed might be small, but my kids are younger, so it worked out well. Overall it was a great stay. Only issue was we couldn’t get the smart tv to connect.
We had a very good stay with no problems. Instructions were very clear. Kevin was very responsive and ready to help in case any issue arose.

Nice property, but undesirable location
First, the positives:
This unit is in great condition and has everything you need for your stay. The pull-out couch was actually very comfortable for our two girls, and we even could have slept on it. As long as you don't need an oven, the kitchen is great. The kitchen and bathroom area is very spacious as well (note that the bathroom is off of the kitchen, not the bedroom).
Now, unfortunately, the negatives:
This building is a horseshoe shape, with the only elevators and this unit on opposite tips of the horseshoe. There is only one room that is a further walk from the elevator, and this walk is a good 150 yards. Since you're on the top floor, you're not walking down 6 flights of stairs with kids in ski gear. This same issue exists for the hot tub, which is on the third floor, and the only door to access the hot tub is around by the elevators. Also, and this may be an issue for the entire building or floor, the water pressure is horrible. If you have long hair, good luck washing it in the shower. Finally, we had four people on the trip, and there were only three towels provided, with no linen service for the five night stay. It would seem appropriate to provide extra towels for everyone when they will be staying 5 nights with no towel service.
Overall, this unit is nice, and it is priced lower than comparable units in this building, which is appropriate based on its location, but it is about as inconvenient as you can be and still be "in the village."

Thank you for staying in my condo and for your constructive criticism. I hope you had an enjoyable vacation. I just wanted to address a few concerns in case you wish to return some time in the future. I appreciate your comments regarding the kitchen and wanted to point out that the microwave is also a convection oven; I wasn't a believer until I was able to cook a small turkey last Thanksgiving!!!
Regarding the location, I'm sorry you found it inconvenient. When looking at properties I wanted a ski in/out condo in the village so I could easily access the lifts and restaurants. I purposefully chose the condo in this building that was farthest from the elevator as there is less traffic and noise and allows me to relax when I come here. It also gives me a great view of the mountains from my outdoor patio.
I'm so sorry regarding the towel issue and the water pressure. I wasn't aware of either situation and I've addressed the towel problem with my cleaning company. I'm readily available by phone/email to my renters and had I known about the towels I would have gladly made more available. I personally came this weekend to address the water pressure issue. I've addressed it with our building maintenance team and they checked all the boiler pressures and found they were within limits. They mentioned that during peak season and peak times, when the demand is high, there maybe lower water pressure. I've replaced the shower head in an effort to mitigate this.
Overall, I hope you had a good experience and enjoyed the beautiful Rocky Mountains. Hope to see you in the future.

We absolutely loved staying at Kevin’s place, it really was perfect! The bed was super comfortable, and we loved how dark and quiet it was in the morning. Being away from the elevator made a big difference too I think, and even though it’s a bit of a longer walk from the elevators, we didn’t mind at all. We also loved that it’s the top unit, which I think helped with keeping sound at bay. The kitchen had all the basic cookware we needed, plus salt and pepper, and and ice maker. The hot tub is large and spacious, making it easy for everyone to relax without feeling crowded. The location is great too, just a quick walk to the gondola. We’ll definitely be saving this place for future stays. Thanks, Kevin!

Kevin's condo was a great place to come back to after hikes/adventures during the day. I could see this being a fantastic place to stay during ski season too especially with the giant hot tub and being within walking distance of shops and the slopes.
What a perfect location and amazing unit! The owners of this property truly care about this property and their vacationers. A++ for communication! The unit had everything that we needed and amazing views! We loved being able to walk right across to the village! The complex hot tub was great! Hoping to stay there again!
The condo was beautiful and the location could not have been better! The price of the condominium was so affordable and I would highly recommend this place to anyone, whether it be a couple or family.
We were in Winter Park for a mountain bike event. The property is convenient to the base area making attending the event very easy. If we forgot anything it was only a couple of minute walk away. The unit is large enough to entertain which was what we wanted as we had our family (staying at a different property) over for dinner. We particularly appreciated the full-size refrigerator in the unit (I'm not sure all have one). There is a cage in the parking garage for bike storage which was also great! The view from this top floor unit is very nice and we spent some time each evening just sitting or standing on the balcony looking out. If we had any questions, Kevin was very responsive via the VRBO app. We would definitely stay here again!
