The sandy beach "Las Marinas" is 200 meters, all shops and restaurants between 200 and 800 meters. The car is not necessary. The city center of Denia is 3 km away, there is a bus every 20 minutes in summer. You will spend a dream holiday between sea and mountains.

Holiday at Les Marines

We had a wonderful 3 week stay at this apartment. It’s in a nice quiet area, a good half hour walk into Denia city but with plenty of facilities nearby. Loved the large terrace with the added bonus of sun all day. Will be booking to come again next year.

Denia’s apartament

We had a nice stay in the apartment. It is a you see in the pictures, We enjoyed the big terrace looking at the pool and views of the Montgo. We had a good communication with property manager.

Winter vacation

The location was quiet and pleasant. Inside parking. Not too far from Denia city.Although the airco was not functioning Isabelle and Lucio have provided sufficient heatin equipment.Would suggest to arrange sufficient blankets for winter holidays.

Enjoyed our stay!

Loved the terrace and the view! It took us a while to figure out how to use the air conditioner, but it was cool enough without it at night so we only used it two hours on last night. Misunderstanding about agreed-upon cleaning fee. Woman who gave us keys thought it should be more, but I showed her my emails with the owner and the 50 euros was honored, along with the 20 euros for linens. Kitchen was well-stocked. Would have liked more than two bath towels for two people for ten days, but we made it work. Overall, Isabelle and Lucio were very easy to work with and responded to our requests. We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Die Wohnung war sehr gut gelegen, in der Gegend von Denia, in der wir unbedingt sein wollten, und nur etwa 200 Meter vom Strand entfernt. Die Größe war zwar nicht sehr großzügig, aber für 4 Personen ausreichend. Die Wohnanlage, in der sich die Wohnung befand, war akzeptabel, und die Wohnung selbst war eigentlich schön und mit gutem Potenzial.Leider war sie jedoch nicht in optimalem Zustand: zerbrochenes und schmutziges Geschirr, einige lose Bodenfliesen, abgenutzte und teils kaputte Möbel, Risse in den Wänden, Spinnweben, die von der Decke hingen, und vor allem eine ziemlich starke allgemeine Verschmutzung. Besonders enttäuschend war dies, da man beim Einzug zusätzlich eine Reinigungspauschale in bar bezahlen muss. Sogar schmutzige Socken und Unterhosen der vorherigen Mieter wurden zurückgelassen.Zusammenfassend könnte die Wohnung aufgrund ihrer Lage und Struktur eine sehr gute Option sein, aber angesichts des hohen Mietpreises wird sie durch den mangelnden Unterhalt und die unzureichende Sauberkeit deutlich abgewertet.

14 Tage Wundervolle entspannte Urlaubstage

Durch den Stau in Frankreich war unsere Ankunft erst in den Morgenstunden 1:20 Ankunft. Aber ohne Probleme hat uns Lucio empfangen und uns das Appartement gezeigt. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit , wir hatten alles was man braucht , wir brauchten selten das Auto da alles fussläufig erreichbar war, das Meer 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Der Pool direkt von der Terrasse in wenige Schritte zu erreichen. Können wir wirklich empfehlen alles Top. Familie Wewers dankt herzlich

Schöne Tage in Denia

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche im Appartment von Isabelle. Die Kommunikation mit Isabelle war hervorragend, sie hat auf alle Anfragen schnell reagiert. Das Appartment ist gut eingerichtet, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es war alles vorhanden um sich selbst gut zu versorgen. Die beiden Badezimmer sind komfortabel. Sehr genossen haben wir die herrliche Terrasse, die sonnig und windgeschützt gelegen ist. Das WLAN funktioniert gut und stabil. Insgesamt können wir das Appartment gerne weiter empfehlen.

Mit dem Aufenthalt war alles in Ordnung. Gerade die zwei Bäder und die Tatsache, dass es sogar Stühle gab, die man mit zum Strand nehmen konnte, haben uns besonders gefallen; natürlich auch die Tatsache, dass man zu Fuß zum Strand gehen konnte. Ansonsten war auch alles da, was man für einen Aufenthalt so brauchte.
