Luxury villa Duin9 Zealand in the dunes

The villa has an L-shaped living room with luxurious seating area and a large dining room, a Smart TV, a gas (atmospheric) stove and underfloor heating. The villa has brand new semi-open kitchen corner in July 2018 and is equipped with all modern appliances. Next to the kitchen is a large utility room with washer and dryer. The living room opens through a large door access to the outside terraces. Besides the living room there is a spacious hall with stairs and a separate toilet.

On the upper floor there are three bedrooms. For babies and small children there is a travel cot available, as well as a security for the stairs. There is also a spacious bathroom with luxury vanity unit, shower and sink. And a separate toilet in the hall.

Duin9 Villa is a newly renovated holiday since June 2014, on the outskirts of the dunes on a small scale and typical private villa park with 21 similar houses with thatched roof, called park Burghduin. This park is characterized by peace, space and beautiful nature reserve, the "Soap Dunes" as a starting point.

Throughout the year, the villa is available from 2 to 6 people renting to companies.

Dogs are welcome in our holiday home. The garden is completely fenced so that the dogs can walk around safely.

The villa is for all seasons, ideal for a fantastic rest or active holiday in beautiful Zeeland.
Besides the luxurious villa can enjoy the broad North Sea beaches with several beach pavilions, vast forests and dunes of the "Boswachterij" the "Soap Dunes" and the charming towns on Schouwen-Duivenland like Zierikzee, Bruinisse, Veere and Vlissingen.

Duin9 villa was built in 2002 with high quality materials, typical dormer windows and a thatched roof. The rural-looking garden is enclosed by greenery and fully fenced, so privacy is guaranteed. The villa is easily accessible via a hidden access road.
