Family friendly bungalow in quiet surroundings, sleeps 7

The bungalow is located in a quiet residential area close to a little forest. It can accommodate up to 7 persons.

The bungalow provides all necessities and conveniences, including 2 bathrooms, two toilets (one located in a bathroom with shower, the other separate next to the main bathroom), an open kitchen with a ceramic glass cooktop, microwave, mini-oven, dishwasher and refrigerator.

Wifi internet access and cable TV with Dutch, English and German channels are available.
There are four bedrooms, three with double beds, one with a single bed.

In a separate room you will find a washing machine and a dryer.

As part of the bungalow you will rent a garden shed which contains bicycles for all guests, including several children’s bikes. The use of these bikes is included in the price.

There is off-road parking for two cars.

Die Lage und Zimmeraufteilung waren perfekt. Wir waren 6 Erwachsene. Die zur VerfĂŒgung gestellten FahrrĂ€der waren in gutem Zustand und in allen GrĂ¶ĂŸen reichlich vorhanden. Werkzeug, Luftpumpe, Schlösser alles da. Die Betten und die Einrichtung insbesonders die BĂ€der gepflegt und sauber. Matratzen teilweise etwas durchgelegen. Die BettwĂ€sche super hygienisch und verpackt fĂŒr jeden Gast vorhanden. Die Inletts super sauber. Heizung und Heißwasser bestens und im Preis inbegriffen. Jegliches KĂŒchenutensil vorhanden. Musste nur teilweise gespĂŒlt werden. Großer Garten und wie auch im Haus mit reichlich Sitzmöglichkeiten. Super nette Vermieter und Betreuer bei Bedarf und zur SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe vor Ort. Ein rundum schöner Urlaub. Wir sagen Danke und kommen gerne wieder.

Das Haus befindet sich in einer schönen Gegend. Wunderschöner Wald und schöne StrĂ€nde waren schnell zu erreichen. Das Haus wĂŒrde ich wirklich jedem empfehlen ist auch super fĂŒr Kinder und Hunde.Nur leider waren in fast jedem Raum Spinnenweben an der Decke und an den Fenstern. Trotz der Spinnenweben wĂŒrden wir jeder Zeit gerne wieder kommen

Der Aufenthalt war gut, das Objekt hat eine gute GrĂ¶ĂŸe wir waren mit 6 Personen dort. Sehr ruhige aber zentrale Lage. Man sollte vielleicht in die Beschreibung aufnehmen das keinerlei HandtĂŒcher vorhanden sind und auch Toilettenpapier war nicht ausreichend vorhanden. Man kann alles besorgen so lange man weiß das es nicht inbegriffen ist.

Es war okay, nicht mehr und nicht weniger.

Das Haus ist schön groß mit vielen Fenstern und verfĂŒgt ĂŒber 4 Schlafzimmer. Ein separates Wannenbad ist schön und modern, das Duschbad mit WC sehr klein und der Temperaturregler der Dusche ist defekt. ZusĂ€tzlich gibt es noch eine separate Toilette. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmĂ€ĂŸig, aber ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Richtig klasse waren die Matratzen. Wir haben wirklich hervorragend geschlafen.Der Garten ist schön groß, aber die Terrasse eher ungepflegt. Toll sind die vielen FahrrĂ€der, die man mitbenutzen darf. Der vorhandene Grill lag im Dreck neben einem GartenhĂ€uschen, in dem auch die FahrrĂ€der untergebracht sind. Praktisch ist auch die vorhandene Waschmaschine. Den Trockner haben wir nicht benutzt, da das Wetter so schön war, dass wir die WĂ€sche draußen auf dem WĂ€schestĂ€nder trocknen konnten. Viele Spinnweben und StaubfĂ€den an den Decken. Vom Terrassentisch bröselt der unfachmĂ€nnisch aufgebrachte Anstrich. Die Dunstabzugshaube und der Schrank drĂŒber waren fettig verschmutzt. An Kochutensilien, Besteck, Geschirr, Töpfe ist alles da, was man braucht. Es gibt auch einen GeschirrspĂŒler, eine Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine (Filtersystem), Wasserkocher, Herd und KĂŒhlschrank. Allerdings keinen Backofen. BettwĂ€sche wird zur VerfĂŒgung gestellt, HandtĂŒcher gibt es nicht, auch keine KĂŒchenhandtĂŒcher. Alles in allem war es okay.

Heerlijk weekend

Prima huisje voor een weekendje aan zee. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Goede communicatie. Makkelijk in en uitchecken. Beschikbare fietsen zijn oud maar prima om de buurt te verkennen. We zouden zo weer teruggaan.

Prima bungalow, schoon, inrichting jaren 70, niks mis mee. Alles is er voldoende zoals glazen, borden, bestek etc. Mooie omgeving, duinen en bos. Strand is niet op loopafstand.

comfortabele ruime woning

Ruime woning en van alle gemakken voorzien, praktische indeling. Twee fietsen gebruikt, de rest leek minder geschikt/te klein en/of had onderhoud nodig. Terras (beschut en overkapt) aan huis gebruikt en dat in de herfst! Comfortabel warm in huis.

Entspanntes Wochenende in Burgh-Haamstede

Wir waren jetzt schon lĂ€ngere Zeit nicht mehr im Objekt, aber es ist fĂŒr unsere Zwecke doch immer noch besser als ein Haus in einem Ferienpark. Auch wenn die Sauberkeit im KĂŒhlschrank und in den SchrĂ€nken etwas zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig lĂ€sst. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu meckern. Es ist nicht weit zum Strand, Einkaufen, Essen oder zu den TauchplĂ€tzen. FahrrĂ€der sind ausreichend vor Ort. Die Stille der Wohnsiedlung ist durch nichts zu ersetzen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Huis gehuurd voor Concert At Sea

Het verblijf was prima. Groot huis en grote tuin. Tuinmeubels prima. Alles wel ouderwets en fietsen zijn redelijk. Wij waren er blij mee. Wel rekenen op reparatie of een beetje doortrappen. De onderhoezen van de bedden waren smoezelig. Verder prima. Geen modern en luxe huis maar prima locatie, dichtbij centrum en Renesse en op fietsafstand strand en Concert at Sea op 40 minuten fietsen. Mooie fietstocht. Keuken redelijk. Alles aanwezig. Kan wel een goede schoonmaakbeurt en/of vernieuwing gebruiken. Een badkamer gerenoveerd. Verder beetje oud.

Einfach wunderbar!

In Wirklichkeit noch viel besser als beschrieben! Haus in ruhiger Lage, ca. 6 km vom Strand entfernt. 4 echte Schlafzimmer fĂŒr 7 Personen + großes Wohnesszimmer + KĂŒche, die alles hat, was man braucht. ErgĂ€nzt wird das Ganze durch 2 BĂ€der und einen großen Garten. Im Flur steht ein Tischkicker und im Wohnzimmer gibt es jede Menge Spiele. Wirklich schade, dass wir nur ein Wochenende hatten, um all das zu genießen!!!! Haus und Vermieter sind uneingeschrĂ€nkt zu empfehlen!!!!

Sauberes Haus, allerdings in die Jahre gekommen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Es sammelt sich so einiges der letzten Jahre in den SchrÀnken.

Ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen

Das Haus ist sehr schön groß. Allerdings sind die Schlafzimmer sehr eng, so dass in einem Zimmer entweder die TĂŒr zu ging Oder der Kleideschrank. Die Einrichtung hat den Charm der 60. Jahre, riechen auch so. Geschirr haben wir erst einmal gespĂŒlt. Durch die Fenster konnte man kaum noch durchsehen, die FahrrĂ€der sollte man besser nicht anpreisen. Ein Badezimmer wurde bereits renoviert, das andere auch nicht mehr schön. Aus einem Bett mussten wir erst einmal die Hundehaare saugen. Alles in allem macht das Haus einen sehr schmuddeligen Eindruck. Die Lage ist top! Ich denke, bei dem Preis muss mal investiert werden in Renovierungsarbeiten und neue Möbel!

Heerlijk weekendje

Een heel fijn ruim huis voor zeven personen en twee hondjes. Mooie omgeving om lekker te wandelen in het natuurgebied vlakbij. Ook het strand is dichtbij. Het huis is oud maar schoon, fijne tuin al zou het nog fijner zijn als er een hek/ afscheiding zou zijn zodat hondjes of kleine kinderen niet de weg op kunnen lopen vanuit de tuin. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf en zouden zeker nog eens terug willen komen.

Chouette séjour dans un trÚs beau bungalow

Petite difficulté de compréhension lors de notre arrivée. Bungalow vraiment bien spacieux mais petits soucis de propreté générale. Attention: ne pas faire couler de l'eau dans l'évier de la cuisine car la décharge fuit et toute l'eau se répand dans le cuisine. Couchage nickel et trÚs confortable. TrÚs bonne installation. A part quelques petits soucis liés à la vétusté, je recommande vivement ce logement pour plusieurs personnes. Autre avantage, les chiens sont admis. Environnement hyper calme et trÚs sécurisant.

Bungalow mit schöner Aufteilung mit erneuerungsbedĂŒrftigen Teilen

Wir haben uns wohlgefĂŒhlt, die Betten sind prima. Der Ansatz, dass der Vermieter sich nicht so richtig verantwortlich fĂŒhlt fĂŒr die Sauberkeit in den SchrĂ€nken ist bei einer nicht unerheblichen Reinigungspauschale etwas befremdlich, haben wir so auch noch nicht erlebt. Auch könnte mal in den WohnzimmerschrĂ€nken einiges ausgemistet werden. Sehr nett war das Entgegenkommen schon mittags ins Haus zu können.

My wife and I both grew up in Germany about 3 hours drive from Haamstede. My parents bought the bungalow in 1974. As long as I can remember I have spent my holidays there. I took over the bungalow from my parents in 2013.
In 2000 my wife and I left Germany, first for Ireland, eventually settling in Leicester, UK. We therefore cannot simply spend a weekend there anymore, as we used to, and are happy to rent the house to you.
When we got our own kids we returned to Haamsted for the annual summer holidays where we have a family reunion with all grandparents. Our boys love the house and the place, just as I did when I was a child.

Why they chose this property

This house is the most important piece of 'home'. If you have ever lived abroad, you will have noticed that people ask you whether you go 'home' on your holidays. For me, even though I am German and not Dutch, this house is my home.

What makes this property unique

Among the things I love about the bungalow is its location, close to Haamsted and Renesse, so that you can get all the necessities of life easily. At the same time it is about 100m away from the entrance of our little local forest, which is wonderful to play in as a child and good to walk in as an adult. Going through the forest gets you to the huge beach of Haamstede in about half an hour
