About this property

1BR - True ski-in ski-out location on Right-O-Way

A complete renovation was completed in the fall of 2018. Queen bed in the master and Queen sleeper sofa in the living room plus a single blow up mattress provide options for configuring how to sleep. Both Living room and bedroom have flat screen TVs for allowing for parents to view while the kids play games or watch other shows. Counter seating for 3 and pull out foot stools/seats allow for everyone to have their own ottoman!

Our unit is supplied with quality linens and towels. Housekeeping services are not available during your stay, but can be arranged for a small fee. Ski locker for the unit is on the same floor as the condo. Hot tub facilities are downstairs. Walk down a few steps and you are on the slopes to the best skiing in Colorado, that is, Steamboat’s Champagne Powder. Storm Meadows East sits directly on Right-O-Way ski run. The condo is within walking distance to fine restaurants and shopping. There is a free bus service to grocery stores and and the downtown area during ski season.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION

* Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival is subject to an administrative charge of $50. No refunds 30 days or less prior to your arrival date. No refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
* No smoking and no pets. There are excellent pet boarding facilities in the area.
* The condominium is professionally cleaned and inspected before each guest arrives. Additional services like mid-stay towel change and light clean can be arranged for an additional fee of $50.
* If we do not receive the correct number of keys and parking passes back after your stay $20 per key or parking pass will be deducted from your $250 security deposit.
* No air conditioning in unit.

We really enjoyed our stay at the storm Meadows. Perfect distance to the base into biking trails. We actually wanted to stay another night on our last day and called Pem who is generous and flexible enough to give us an additional night. Super awesome experience would do it again.

Condo was great! Updated with everything you need. Easy walk down to get on the slopes and crux right down to the gondola. We used the hot tub a couple times too and it was nice . Would definitely recommend!

Great one bedroom right off Right-o-way ski run! Super easy to ski in and out, and convenient to access anything you may have forgotten in the condo. Owner was easy to get in touch with and was very accommodating. We all had a blast in steamboat despite the insanely warm weather and limiting snow. Highly recommend!

The condo was perfectly located - a better ski in / ski out option compared to many other properties. The property was very well stocked - games, extra towels, and everything that we needed in the kitchen. The owner was very responsive and provided clear instructions. Great stay and great property!

Great Mountainside Stay

We loved our stay, and Pem was an amazing host. The location is perfect (right on the slopes and only 7-10 minutes from the Steamboat restaurants and shops)!

Why they chose this property

After years of looking to own we chose steamboat for several features;
1) It's great family atmosphere
2) Awesome terrain for most all ability levels.
3) Ability for low intermediates to ski/board at the top of the mountain and enjoy top of mountain views
4) Great snow, more than other Colorado resorts, more like Utah.
4) A real mountain town with great people.
