Welcome to our high-specification penthouse apartment, located on the 4th floor walk-up of a newly refurbished building in the heart of Zona Rosa. Situated at the end of a small pedestrianized street, the location offers plenty of privacy and is free of noise and traffic, with friendly neighbors.

As you enter the lower level, the apartment is flooded with daylight. You'll find a fully furnished open-plan living and dining area with stunning double-height ceilings and a large balcony that opens up to the city. There's also a cozy reading area under the stairs, and the futon can be converted into a full-size single bed if needed. The lower level also includes a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, and a comfortable-sized w.c.

Moving to the upper level, you'll discover a spacious Master Bedroom with a super king-size bed, walk-in closet, and a desk. Additionally, there is a second bedroom with two single beds, a walk-in closet, and a desk. The upper level also houses the main bathroom, featuring a generously-sized walk-in shower and a skylight window above.

The apartment comes with various specifications and features, including:

I love the area LGBTQ friendly

this area was really fun to stay at. It was amazing amazing LGBTQ friendly. The owner of the space was nice, I was able to See everything that Mexico City had to offer very easy very close to the angel of independence. I would definitely stay here again.

This property is in a great location for access to food and sits off the main street a bit, which makes it feel safe to enter. We had a small issue with the lock on the door but Sergio was super responsive and easy to get a hold of. We loved our stay!

Great place: in the thick of things and yet a step away

Very nice apartment in the Zona Rosa, but tucked away so you are away from the street noise. We really enjoyed our stay there. Sergio is a great host, easy to communicate with and helpful. Definitely would recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The owners were very good with communication. The street and neighbors were quiet yet the apartment is located close to many great spots. Safe area, well stocked kitchen, and beautiful decor. Hot water was always available and the apartment was modern and clean. Clean, beautiful apartment, very convenient location

My partner and I stayed here for a week and loved it! The apartment was beautiful, exactly as pictured, and the check in process was very easy. Communication with Sergio was also very easy, he is extremely responsive and helpful. We were able to walk to most places, and if we had to use taxis or Uber, it was pretty easy. Would definitely recommend staying here!

In the Centre of the City

Great central location - 25 minute walk to the Castle and 45 minute walk to Zucola and 10 minute walk to a three story shopping mall. The apartment is down a short walkway off a busy street - and is quiet. Your Host is very responsive to all communications (even with the time zone differences). We always felt safe and enjoyed the busy area to experience the bustle of Mexico City.

Spacious, clean apartment

This is a nicely decorated, spacious apartment located very close to the metro and an abundance of stores and cafes. Each of the bedrooms have a small office space for working and the wifi is excellent. There is a small balcony off of the livingroom which gets sun in the afternoon. Pictures accurately represent the flat. Sergio is an accomodating host and is easy to communicate with.

Perfectly located, cute, and clean!

We were a group of 4 and we had so much fun at Sergio’s. It is clean and well kept and in the heart of Zona Rosa, within walking distance you will find dozens of restaurants and bars. The neighborhood is young and lively with a bit of a party scene, but since the apartment is located in an alley you don’t hear much noise from the street at all. The Angel de la Indepencia and Reforma is right around the corner. The bedrooms each had their own air conditioning unit. Sergio is extremely responsive and kind. Only things to be aware of is that it is on 4th floor, meaning 5 flights of stairs with no elevator. The beds are also pretty firm.All in all we loved our trip. Thank you Sergio!!

Great stay despite problems

I was there for 16 days, but issues I asked to be repaired or addressed after I arrived weren’t even looked at. The manager came by to bring a new fan but didn’t even look at the faulty lights or an annoying issue with a broken window treatment. Aside from cosmetics, the place was cozy, clean. The beds are hard so if you don’t like extra firm, this is not the place for you. There’s also a 4 story walk up, no elevator. The city has high elevation (higher than Denver) so this was an extra challenge, especially with the luggage. For the price, I can’t say that I’d stay here again. I was expecting better service for that cost in Mexico, but I can say that I really enjoyed my stay. The place was very clean and nicely decorated. I’d suggest a Bluetooth speaker to the owners though for playing music. Great neighborhood and very walkable. Being close to the Angel del la Independencia was a great landmark.

It's hard to beat the location. This penthouse flat is lovely, bright, and beautifully appointed. It's in a really fun part of town with a lively nightlife - yet super quiet on a pedestrian-only block.It's walking distance to the trendy restaurants and boutiques of Roma Norte and Condesa. We even walked to el Centro and the museums in Bosque de Chapultepec (but they are also easy uber or subway rides).Sergio was super-responsive throughout the booking process and most importantly, throughout our stay. We had I'm sure the host's worst nightmare - the water pump stopped working right before we arrived. Sergio was on it, getting very little sleep, until the matter was resolved. He was a great communicator every step of the way. Things can happen, and my husband and I really appreciated his persistence in getting this resolved quickly. Not all hosts work so hard for their guests.I would highly recommend staying here. My husband and I will stay here again on our next visit.

Lovely, modern home in an incredible location.

Sergio's lovely home could not be more well located in Mexico City. Although on a dead-end street in Zona Rosa, we walked less than half a block to reach some of the city's best spots, including an amazing taqueria and an elegant coffee shop. Sergio was incredibly responsive and couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. The only thing I will mention is that there are several flights of stairs up to his flat. This was not a problem for us, but might be for someone less inclined to stay in a walk-up.

Perfect location

We so enjoyed this apartment. It was great to be slightly out of the super tourist area and have the feeling of being part of the city. Great Korean restaurants very close by and only a 2 minute walk to the the Angel de Independencia, 20 minute walk to Chapultepec park and 40 mins walk to the zócalo. Would stay again!!

Amazing place!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is perfectly located and had everything we needed. Fast internet, clean rooms, amazing shower, and the kitchen had everything we need. Cleaning services available for longer stays and she cleans the whole for 300 pesos! Perfect all around and would stay here again when I come back to Mexico City.

Great location!

First of all the location of the apartment is amazing. Just around the corner from the “Angel” and Reforma, where you can take a bus to most touristic attractions. Just a few stops from Museo de Antropología, Tamayo, Castillo de Chapultepec etc. From there you can take a walk to Polanco with amazing restaurants and shops. Close to the apartment are other awesome areas like Roma Norte, highly recommend a walk around that neighborhood. Great food! Highly recommend a few places close by: Niddo, Nim, Ely’s. Apartment is clean and has everything you need. Couple of minor minuses for us were: very firm mattresses and walking to the 4th floor. But to be honest location and everything else is sooo worth it. Communication with Sergio was top notch, very responsive and kind. Housekeeping lady was very thorough. Apartment itself has a great layout and we felt very comfortable as a family of five. Overall highly recommend staying here!

I had a great time staying here. The PH is well located, clean and everything is as it’s shown on the pics. The communication with host was excellent, Sergio always responded promptly. I recommend staying here.

Si vous voulez vous faire avoir et perdre de l'argent..c'est la place ou aller...quand t'arrives a l'appartement y'a une liste intense de règlements comme on avait jamais vu ailleur...règlement qu 'on a suivi a la lettre...avant de quitter etant donner que dans les règlements c'était indiqué de faire même attention de pas toucher au mur pour ne pas y laisser une trace de saleté..avant de partir on a fait un extra special de faire un bon ménage partout incluant meme de faire sur que tout les murs sont propres ( et ce même si dans le contrat ça inclu une dame qui vient faire le ménage après..) ..dont le proprio va vous charger un dépot de 300 sterling et par la suite va tenter par tout les moyens de ne pas vous le redonner..il nous a envoyé des photos de murs sales !!! ..en disant a cause de vous je dois repeinturer..vous avez fait des dommages ..je vais perdre une journée de location..bref rien de tout ça était vrai ...c'est juste son truc malhonnête pour faire de l'argent sur le dos des gens...après qu'il a perdu 3 semaines de mon temps et de mon énergie a me battre pour récupérer mon dépot j'ai réussi qu'a recevoir une partie... faites donc attention et ne vous laissez pas avoir par se propriétaire et par les belles photos..en plus de tout ça c'était même pas confo..le wi-fi fonctionne mal et coupe tout le temps..quand vous utilisez l'eau ca fait un bruit infernal ..pour ce qui est de la douche..l'eau est glacial..ou brulante...Ne louez jamais cette place!!
