La casa vale per la vista dal terrazzo, dal quale si gode di un ottimo panorama. Si raggiungono comodamente a piedi: Cala Sapone 950m e Cala della Signora (600m) Suggerimento: cambiare i materassi, sistemare le zanzariere nelle camere e, perchè no, mettere l'aria condizionata.

Zauberhafter Ort, zauberhafte Insel

Das Haus und Garten sind wie beschrieben und wunderbar. Wir - 3 Erwachsene, 2 Teenager - haben unsere Ferien sehr genossen. Die Strände sind fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar (5 Minuten und ca. gute 10 Minuten) und toll zum Schnorcheln und Schwimmen. Am unteren Sandstrand gibt es eine Strandbar mit leckerem Essen und Drinks und Kaffee. Wir freuen uns auf ein nächstes Mal!

Ideale per famiglie

Siamo stati molto bene, anche se siamo capitati in una settimana di caldo soffocante (suggerirei infatti di fornire ventilatori per ogni stanza!). La casa e suora le sia pe neonati, che per pls ladina che per cani (la mia composizione familiare). Sotto casa c’è indubbiamente il più bello spot di mare, la cala della signora. Le altre spiagge dell’isola non sono il top, ma l’ambiente è sempre molto bello, familiare e gentile.

très bonne impression

très bonne dans l'ensemble. quelques manques au niveau des appareils électroménagers. récupération des poubelles pas très efficace. c'est une magnifique maison,avec une superbe vue et de la tranquillité.

Merci beaucoup pour votre avis! Il est vrai qu’il nous manque la lave vaisselle, mais c’est quelque chose auquel on pourra remédier. Par rapport aux poubelles, malheureusement la commune à des horaires de récupération qui pourraient être plus efficaces. Bien à vous, Luca

Super Séjour de 2 semaines à la Villa Beatrice

Nous venons de passer 2 semaines à 2 familles avec 4 enfants dans la Villa. Une belle maison de vacances, très agréable avec sa vue dominante et splendide sur la mer, son patio extérieur, son jardin et son emplacement à quelques minutes à pieds d'une magnifique crique. La gestion de l'eau via une réserve impose quelques compromis tels que l'absence de lave vaisselle ou de machine à laver mais le charme de la villa fait très vite oublier cela. Excellent accueil, merci beaucoup.
